I bought a c class in 2020(4 years ago on 30 October) The salesperson told me that there is service warranty included in the price. She indicated that i qualify to bring my car for service up to 100 000 kilometers or 5years whichever comes first, and she further explained that i have allowance of 1000 excess on each service due for me to be covered by the warranty. when my car reached 100 000 i booked the service with Polokwane Mercurius , the same place i bought the car from and when i got there i was told that they will not cover the service because the km's are exceeded by 179 ( 100179). My day is really ruined today because i believed what i was told by the sales person. Now i have to source money for the service which i never budgeted for' because of excess of 179 kms while they made me believe i have excess of 1000 kms. im really hurt. i never experienced this when i bought my first car and i went back to buy the second car because i really thought they are truthful. Customers beware

Absolutely appalling experience at Mercedes Benz Polokwane Service! The service was inefficient, slow, and unprofessional. The staff seemed untrained and disinterested in addressing my concerns.Total disappointment and waste of time and money. Zero stars if possible! Avoid this place at all costs

Taking a decision to buy Mercedes Benz will be our life time regret for me and ny husband. Mercedes Benz polokwane has no respect for human beings in general. We have been calling for 3 weeks begging to be booked for service but till this day we have been transfered to a never been answered line. So is the manager's line. For a whole 3 weeks the manager and the Letticia, who deals with cormmicial car services, were not answering us. They are so unapologetic about disregarding us as clients. Imagine having to beg to service cars we purchase from them . Can Mercedes Benz SA tell us where should we service our cars if their dealerships do not want us

A lady friend of mine called to say she has booked her car for service in Mercedes-Benz Polokwane. Now there was a problem the friendship so they call themselves that needed attention which was going to cost the hand and the arm. I made the enquiries on her behalf and spoke to lady by the name of Kgabo. Pick up Kgabo for going all the way out by understanding and putting yourself in the shoes of women in South Africa. Women belongs to the kitchen is gone my fellow South African men finish we need to bury these. Kgabo she is a full proof of women can do what men does, actully women can even do it better. Thank you Kgabo for resolving the problem and for the first time in my life i find employee working in accordance with the company slogan" We are not the dealership, we are the friendship " these is what you hear when holding on for services by Mercedes Benz Polokwane. Kgobo keep up the good work, you are one of few women in these country to represent women without insulting their intelligence on motor vehicle industry.

Very unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing.Took my car because it had an engine light on,they replaced the battery and when it came back the fuel flap wasn’t opening.A week later the engine light came back on again,took it back this time,they had my car for over a week,replaced pressure sensors and thermostat.Picked it up and drove 50kms and the engine light came back on again.

I am angry and disappointed by the poor level of service experienced at the Polokwane dealership. Poor service all round from the entrance until the service advisor. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable.

Disappointed with Mercedes Benz polokwane Why our computers are using quality USB ports but MERCEDES BENZ IS USING CHEAP POOR USB PORTS Last year I had to send my car twice for the replacement of the memory stick port USB port They put in a fonkong replacement port, they replaced it with the same fonkong port again because when I removed my memory stick, it came out with the same white piece like last year They told me that they have replaced it with the original part, but now the same happened again What must I do now with Mercedes Benz south Africa Is this what you come across guys with Mercedes Benz using useless parts to replace your car with useless parts I am not going to pay for the replacement of this part because it shows that they use cheap parts so that you must bring it back and you must pay I need my car to be fixed for free cause I can't pay for them to give me useless service Mathildah 0795103569

I'm unhappy and disappointed I've taken in my car twice for the noise it makes when i brake and I was told that the brake pads are still fine and that it's the dust built up on the brake pads and they can't change them or do angry for me so basically I must drive a luxury car that's noisy and learn to love the noise
