Went to buy material/wood that we needed to fix a sink; we took sample of wood/ material that we needed and when we got to the store my mom gave the salesperson samples of the wood and material for the top that we needed. the salesperson invoiced and they told our Capenter to confirm the sizes that were on the invoice. Knowing that we gave them a sample of material the Capenter signed, two week later when we wanted to collect the material, they gave us incorrect material citing that the Capenter signed, when we tried to explain that we gave the samples to the sales person and that we re**** on the salesperson to do the right thing the manager came and shouted at us like little kids. if they didn't have the material that we were looking for' they could said that and we would have gone elsewhere but they opted to mislead us by selling us incorrect wood. he refused to refund telling to go to........ I'm still traumatized by the experience. I will never set my foot in that store ever again. Citizen be careful when you visit the store, the Manager is extremely rude.
I bought a c class in 2020(4 years ago on 30 October) The salesperson told me that there is service warranty included in the price. She indicated that i qualify to bring my car for service up to 100 000 kilometers or 5years whichever comes first, and she further explained that i have allowance of 1000 excess on each service due for me to be covered by the warranty. when my car reached 100 000 i booked the service with Polokwane Mercurius , the same place i bought the car from and when i got there i was told that they will not cover the service because the km's are exceeded by 179 ( 100179). My day is really ruined today because i believed what i was told by the sales person. Now i have to source money for the service which i never budgeted for' because of excess of 179 kms while they made me believe i have excess of 1000 kms. im really hurt. i never experienced this when i bought my first car and i went back to buy the second car because i really thought they are truthful. Customers beware
The administration in this medical aid fund is the worse that i ever came across. I joined Bonitas medical aid fund in July 2024, but to date they are failing to upload the persal deduction on their system. Last month i called in and one of their consultants incorrectly advised me and said they will deduct through persal and indicated that i should not worry about making a manual payment, two days later my benefits were suspended without any explanation or at least a courtesy call. This month i called again to ask if they uploaded the persal deduction , they said no, their system is not updated. i paid manually on the 30th of August and sent them proof of payment to their credit control, today i received an email saying that my benefits are suspended again. They are quick to suspend benefits for people who pay their premiums but they are the ones failing to do a mere update on the system. Your service is very disappointing considering that you are a medical fund. They like to respond by saying a meaningless sorry because if they were sorry, they would have fixed this already based on the number of calls i made to them.
I paid up/settled the fusion account that i had with FNB and requested for it to be closed more than 7 weeks ago. i requested the paid up letter they said they don't issue those anymore, Sadly they are refusing to clear that and on my ITC it is still reflecting as if i owe them. i have been struggling to apply for a home loan because that, i even lost a house i wanted to buy. i called the bank twice they said they are escalating but nothing has changed, i tried the secure chat but that was just a waste on my precious time. they kept on taking me from pillar to post. Now i regret taking credit with FNB. My credit card was paid up and the credit limit was reduced to R600 in April already. but this bank is still charging me debt protection cover of close to R60 thousand , i tried to ask them why, but i still cant get assistance. I regret being loyal to this bank.
Metropoliteness life has robbed me my retirement money and they are refusing to give me an explanation of what happened. I tried to call their call center but the keep on telling that a case will be opened. It's been weeks and I still did not receive aby feedback. Where do I report metropolitan life???? I'm hopeless. I went to the branch but I did not get any help.
I claimed for my retirement annuity and they paid me less nd refuse to give me a proper explanation . At first they claimed that the 14% they took was paid over to SARS but it was not paid cause the claim was less than R50 000. I called thir call center several times but Im always told that the case is still in progress. The lady who assisted me told me that there were no notes on the claim and she doesn't know what happened. I made a claim from tzaneen branch in January and it was not processed until I went back to the branch in a march.I still do not understand how I was charged 14% out of retirement annuity fund.
