Horrible Service and Lack of Management

Hat can i say, they know nothing about their parts and management does not work or refuses to answer or return calls. The dealer principal, Jaco Boshoff, is never there, never answers calls and neve return calls.

There is no point complaining and nobody does anything, They need a new dealer principal who engages with unhappy customers instead of just ignoring them.

Go to any other dealer, stay away form Mercedes Sandton.
