No Repsonse- No help

Mecure Hotel Nelspruit(Mbombela) After 3 telephone calls whereby the line is so bad that they cannot understand you nor you understand them. I decided to try email. Which also turned out to an unmitigated disaster. Despite given the wrong email adress initially I tried twice TO NO AVAIL. I just cannot get a response from these people. Not impressed at all considering I have stayed there twice before. They obviously dont need the business I wouldn't bother again.
