Mercedez Benz Polokwane (Mercuruis )the worst service we ever had our entire life from finance department. We get a call from a lady called Michell Tjaard that finance is approved. She simply just says "Mam you have been approved; can we proceed?" The question is proceed with what? she doesn't even explain what exactly this approval entails, what rates and so forth, we then told her to give us 5min we willbe on her doorstep so that we can understand discuss what exactly is on the contract, guess what? she vacated her office and came back 50 min later, we had to wait and waste 50 min of our life that will never be recovered regardless of us informing her we are almost there. On her arrival no apology nothing is just business as usual we get to discuss numbers and I left. This is the most arrogant/********* behavior one should never display as it put dealership on a serous reputational damage. On the flip side we had a seamless easy experience from sales department from Peter Bopabe who never disappointed us. He knew what he was doing, his service was exceptional and shows dedication and great people skills. From the point of test driving the car all the way to the last day of collection, all minor issues were corrected with little to no extra effort from us. This level of diligent is something we deeply appreciate and wish it can be spread across all department within the dealership.
