No Updates, More than a week for Aircon repair

Dropped vehicle at Mercurius Motors Mercedes on Monday 19th Feb. They give no updates whatsoever. You call them to find out the progress more than a week later (27th Feb), they say they will call you back and the never do. On two occasions.

More than a week for just an Aircon repair. Still waiting for my vehicle.
