Another bank offered me a better overdraft than FNB but the bank, by law, needs confirmation in writing that FNB has closed my overdraft. It's been 5 days and FNB does not know who in their departments is supposed to write this letter. The matter is now affecting my day to day operations, including my payroll for employees as my new overdraft cannot be activated. FNB, please send me the letter I requested on the 24th June.
Avoid by all means After making your purchase online, you will be ignored, there will be no feedback for over two weeks. A guy by Dylan Gibson will make empty promises to you promising feedback day after day, to no prevail. After a week he will blue tick you. All I want is my refund from these guys now so that I may procure from suppliers that will deliver what I have bought. R43 000 later and they will treat your purchase like a pizza order that never shows up. Similar situation happened earlier this year. If you are ordering items for your own clients they will cause you your business
The have become Useless. Don't waste your money on these guys, parcels just get piled up for over a week at their warehouse at 25 Imvubu Park Place Riverhorse Durban.
Dropped vehicle at Mercurius Motors Mercedes on Monday 19th Feb. They give no updates whatsoever. You call them to find out the progress more than a week later (27th Feb), they say they will call you back and the never do. On two occasions. More than a week for just an Aircon repair. Still waiting for my vehicle.
I WAS GOING TO GIVE 5 STARS IF IT WASNT FOR THE SALESPERSON CURRENTLY WORKING AT THIS PLACE. The manager (the Asian) is customer service oriented, but the salesperson (Caucasian) guy has the worst customer service ever. First I call him on Wednesday giving me my tire spec to find out if he has two of those, he says yes, he does have two. I drive a whole 45min, I arrive he only has one, not two cause he never bothered to check the stock in his storage. Not even an apology, he just said his job is to look at the computer screen and says what he says because he's only an employee. Manager comes in, takes over from him and he orders the items telling me they will arrive latest Friday. I call today ( which is Friday) 10am just to find out if everything is still on track, salesperson says he has no idea as he has to wait until lunch. I ask him to kindly call their supplier just to find out if the tires were even dispatched from warehouse as customer courtesy. He said he does not have the supplier contacts, and that I'm making his life DIFFICULT. THIS SALESPERSON IS A JOKE, HE THEN HANGS UP MY CALL. ALL THIS BAD SERVICE AFTER A R14780.00 WORTH OF TIRES THAT I PURCHASED FROM THIS GUY.
They don't respond to cancellations. When I joined, I was told it was going to be a month to month contract, they told me I could cancel at no cost. My vehicle was in an accident and is beyond repair. Now they want me to pay over R6000 to cancel the service. They said they would email me a cancelation form to fill out and send it back to them, it's been two weeks still no form from them sent to me.
Bought a brand new Isuzu on the 29th of September 2022. A month later, 2200km later, bakie shows overheating, only to fund a leak in the cooling system. Called GM ISUZU (WILLIAMS HUNT The Glen) they told me they gonna look at the bakkie after 48 hours as it's their standard booking procedure- no courtesy considering the age of the vehicle! Figured I must just take it to a different isuzu dealership without calling. Turned out it has to be booked in and they have to order new radiator. ETA 4 Days! WHEN WE BUY BRAND NEW VEHICLES, WE BUY FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF NOT GETTING STUCK RANDOMLY. This isuzu breakdown has proven to be costly (e-hailing) and an inconvenience as I've missed three meetings and deadlines already due to this. Moral or the story- it looks like they are not as tough as they look these 7th generation isuzus.
On the 7th working day after reporting stollen phone, new phone was delivered. Dealt with Ethel-Jean. Im not sure if it was because I kept on following up or if they are this good. Kudos to Admin-Plus👏🏿. Unlike Kingprice insurance, that just hires FBI agents to look for reasons not to pay
If you are running a business and need a bank that will be there to assist you, choose these guys. With my business expanding to countrywide status, I needed a bigger overdraft. My previous bank (the light green, white and yellow with a black tree emblem bank) kept on refusing to assist, even though I had been with them for a decade. Thanks mercantile bank for being progressive.
