I am Using Mercury Music for the past 18 years and I am always very impressed at the efficiency and friendly service that I receive. I will strongly recommend them to anyone for sales service and repairs to musical instruments

No comms, they don't respond to emails nor to their WhatsApp's messages, even though I can see they have read the WhatsApp message. Impossible to get a simple answer regarding stock of a expensive item. I don't want to pay a company an amount just shy of 30k if they cannot confirm the item is in stock. If its such a struggle for a company to reply to a email or WhatsApp it will be a world of trouble once you have paid them for an item that is not in stock to then try and get your money refunded.

Not great at all in communicating and have not resolved my repair since October 2021 with my queries. They dont answer emails and you have to constantly prod them for a reply but surprisingly they do reply fast when you need to pay an inspection fee for a quote to be prepared.

I bought a rode nt2000 in may, initially I ordered a rode nt1 and I was told there's no stock so I accepted the offer to purchase the nt2000. It was delivered with the shock mount missing... I was promised to receive the shock mount a week later but till now I haven't received it...the guy name bennie was they one i was talking to over the phone and his now ignoring my massages...I'm having difficulties insuring my stuff because he doesn't even wanna send me the receipt for the mic.
