flies everywhere and even a rat .
Booked 4 chalets for our New years break. Paid about 8500 each. Had to wait for check in after 3pm. Got to chalet at 3:30. Cleaner was still busy. Chalet was still dirty as not enough staff to clean all units. Once checked in we noticed flies everywhere.<br> It was unbearable. <br> There was even a RAT in the chalet that nibbled our veggies and cereal boxes. Was shocked to find out that the staff knew about the rat and said that they were waiting for someone to purchase rat bait. We moved chalets after two days. Second unit was cleaner but also infested with flies.<br> Management is aware of the problem but seem unconcerned.<br> It was my fifth visit as my kids \loved"( past tense )the place. I will never go back.<br> """
