Bad Doctor experience

I had the worst experience ever this morning at MetaClinic Gqeberha, being turned away just because I did not arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, apparently this was Dr's instruction to book me on the next available appointment which was 12PM, no one called me. I always get there 15 minutes before my appointment and they never even observe that rule at MetaClinic, but this morning I get there at the time of my appointment and get turned away.......I am sure if I was someone she though was important she would not have given that instruction. Unprofessional staff, I didn't even get a call to tell me I shouldn't bother coming through. I regret booking with Dr P Sixabela.
