Extremely disappointing experience with Meta Clinic (150 Cape Rd, Mill Park, Gqeberha, 6001).

I’ve been trying to book an appointment since 8:00 AM, and it’s now 13:33 — still no luck. Their WhatsApp consultation service is terrible. The consultant will blue-tick your messages or simply not reply for hours on end, leaving you completely ignored. On top of that, their website doesn’t even work properly.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend hours just trying to get a simple booking done. If this is how they handle communication, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in their ability to care for patients. Very disappointing experience overall.
