This company is a JOKE. SHEIN took my money, handed my order to Buffalo Logistics, and my package NEVER arrived. Buffalo Logistics doesn’t answer emails, doesn’t provide updates, and might as well not exist. Total ghost operation. SHEIN’s response? Absolutely NOTHING useful. They refuse to refund me for an order I NEVER RECEIVED. That’s not a “shipping issue” that’s taking someone’s money and delivering NOTHING in return. No accountability. No customer support. No integrity. If your package gets “lost,” congratulations. SHEIN keeps your money and shrugs. This is one of the most dishonest, frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and DON’T ORDER FROM SHEIN unless you’re okay with throwing your money away
I’ve been trying to book an appointment since 8:00 AM, and it’s now 13:33 — still no luck. Their WhatsApp consultation service is terrible. The consultant will blue-tick your messages or simply not reply for hours on end, leaving you completely ignored. On top of that, their website doesn’t even work properly. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend hours just trying to get a simple booking done. If this is how they handle communication, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in their ability to care for patients. Very disappointing experience overall.
Harcourts Summerton I can not believe that I am back here again with another issue, seems like this is the only way to get things done right. During our last meeting ( 1 June 2024 ) We had to inform you guys about the issue of electricity being in arrears and you guys never even believed us only after sending you proof ( 5 July ) when it occurred again that is when I received assistance after awhile ( 15 July ) on top of that I had to wait for the landlords appropriate time to replace the lost units because they decided to not pay the municipal bill ( 10 days ). But I am excepted to pay the rent on time every single month but the services I pay for are rarely met at all unless I have to do every follow up myself. Countless times ( 28 & 30 July 2024 ) I have sent you slips and expected a speedy response but I have to wait for a number of days every time ( 12 August 2024 ) 14 days to be refunded the amount to my surprise the amount refunded is short itself. As a hard working South African citizen that budgets each and every month to meet each and every need for my family this is a substantial inconvenience. I have to now make other drastic means to top up electricity when I had already budgeted electricity for the month. This is unacceptable I expected professionalism from you guys which is why I chose this agency but I am starting to regret my choice right now. Even now as we speak you guys have not refunded all my electricity in arrears and it is the same thing each and every month. I have been waiting to be refunded the rest for 2 - 3 weeks ( 12 August until now ) already but there is no progress at all. I have been very patient with you guys even too patient too. Also this passive aggression of tell me it is my choice to remove the last review, then asking my wife when I will the last review I made. If it had not been clear before I will make it clear now I will not be removing my last review I made and I will carry on reviewing as I see fit. The excuse of you guys did not know about the previous issue as a organisation you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for even making that excuse when most of your employees knew about the issues a month before us moving in and why as a agency you guys never follow up on new tenants. Why was the moving in inspection done in the first place if you guys were never going to observe it and follow up make sure the issues are resolved by the landlord. I am still waiting for my refund as we speak ( 20 August 2024 ) again. I give you guys a chance again and contact your managing principal ( Vaughn Clarke ) only then miraculously the refund is available in a few minutes. I see that was a mistake because again on 29th of August 2024 I buy electricity and it's in arrears. I will not make other means of topping up my electricity my units are on 0.40 now we will see how long it will take you guys to refund me this time.
If there was a no star option I would have added it. The worst experience with these people ever. I submitted my claim then 2 days later they call me saying that my claim failed because my insurance was cancelled by them. They never even notified me they never called me nothing they just cancelled my insurance that I had for 2 years already. The one thing they are persistent at doing when they want you to buy a device or upgrade they couldn't do when they were cancelling my insurance. I don't recommend anyone buying a device at MTN or worse taking MTN insurance you will regret it.
Harcourt Summerton Port Elizabeth even this one star is not deserved. If you could comment without a star I would. Their urgency with the payment of the deposit and rent with all the services isn’t the same when they have to respond to maintenance and what was promised even before moving in. They really disgust me all they do is pass you around from person to person without any action being taken. It’s already close to a month since I moved in and none of the most critical issues have been fixed. All I am told is they are waiting for the landlords response. The geyser does not work. The lawn has not been cut and is getting taller each and everyday, but I was promised it would be cut before I even move in. The washing line isn’t complete where do you expect me to hang my washing. The sliding door hasn’t been fixed etc. and this is to name only a few of these issues. The worst thing is they have already sent the invoice for rent for the next month and they expect me to pay it. But none of the issues I have, have been resolved how does that work. They cannot accommodate the tenant what so ever and they do not care at all of you unless you have to pay them money that’s the only thing they are exceptional at. The worst thing is that I will be welcoming a new born in the premises, and most of the issues I have laid forward are very critical at this time and they are needs. They know but they don’t seem to care at all. I have already had it up to my neck with this agency and I haven’t even completed a month with them.
