CMS George Sold S**** Engine And Not Taking Responsibility
Where can I report a business for selling a busted up engine and claim the money back that we've paid for it? Since we've bought the engine from CMS in George, we told them that there was something wrong, but they always gave something else the blame, until the Mechanic eventually stripped it mechanic after almost 2 years with us not being able to drive our Ford Ranger, "for more than 2 days at a time before it seized". The Parts dealership does not want to take any responsibility for it even after the Mechanic informed them that he saw how the engine looked on the inside. So have not been able to drive our bakkie as it is sttill at the workshop for most of the time. And we already paid for everything and paying off the bakkie as well. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Benefits fail
My husband worked for this company and passed away in 2020. Iv attempted on multiple occasions to get /make use of the benefits for his dependents iv sent the quotation for the kids uniform in 8 november 2021 recieved a follow up call to verify the email. I have done my duty as required for the claims to be processed before school opened I called again with every call its a different story,supervisor in a meeting or supervisor not in. Iv spoken to Zanele Itumeleng Lariska (supervisor) Mbuso(customer service) To this day 16 feb 22 iv never received a call back,never recieved the money to buy my kids thwir uniform therefore having to make use of old uniform and hand downs from family. Does this company have any empathy for my husband that has worked 13 years for them and this is what's is return. Disgusting and unsatisfied Sincerely Nozibele Thuvana

S**** yard like no other
I have looking for a interior fan for my vehicle. Went to many s**** yards and had to walk through their yards filled with rubbish and obviously s****. Arriving at Metal Used Spares And Rebuilds in Booysens there was not a s**** car in sight. After looking up the part I needed on their computer system I was requested to walk with to the parts area. This was an incredible experience. All parts were on shelves neatly marked and parts were stocked by type.. All parts have been cleaned. No rubbish anywhere. We found the part I needed in no time. This was a positive experience and I would make use of their services at any time

Me and my father bought a vehicle from metal stock number: 036489 when I want to view the vehicle I spoke to a sales lady by the name of Tinyiko . We viewed the vehicle with her and asked her about fours times if the vehicle has an airbag. Which she did advise that the vehicle has an airbag and said they a taken out when they get to the floor as people steal them. She want as far as to check on the system that the airbag is available. We the carried on to purchase the vehicle. When the vehicle was towed and taken to home my father realized that the airbag was not there. He called Tinyiko and told her she said she will check and come to him. A week later I called her to find out the feedback she told me she will speak to the manager and call me back. She then called my father and told him that the manager ( Ricky) said that the vehicle came as is without the airbag and that's the reason the was at that price. Which is a complete liar. This comes out as two different stories from Ricky and Tinyiko at the point of sale of the vehicle. My problem here is that I would have never bought the vehicle without the airbag because that was the sales force of my decision. I have called many times to Tinyko about this problem but am not getting any help and told her to get her manager Rickey to call me but no one calls back I believe that they taking clients as fools and not giving good customer service as long as they receive the money they don't give a **** about the customer. Today I have called 3 times to speak to the manger Rickey but his never at the office. Metals plays a game of stories and never get back to problems. Metal Used Spares & rebuilds sales stuf lies for a sale to happen
<p>On Monday the 14/11/2016 i went to Metal used Spare & Rebuilds , as i was walking viewing all the used vehicles i came across a accident red polo which i liked, i than called the sales lady that gave me her business card , which was very friendly, i told her im interested in the vehicle , i than asked her few questions such as kilometers, code of the vehicle and she responed that the vehicle is code and but it stil needs to be cleared so i was happy and that im interested in the vehicle she told me that i have to pay a deposit which i paid. as i was waiting for the vehicle to be cleared, i received a call from the sales lady and she told me the car is cleared i than asked her again is the code 2 and she said yes it is, i paid the balance of the money waited for the money to reflect, i than went on monday the 05/12/2016 and collected the vehicle on wednes the 07/12/2016 i took the registration documents and went to licence department to do change of ownership, just to come get that the vehicle is a rebuild, which i am not happy about. i than called Ricky the manager and told him im not happy with his services cause his sale lady lies to get a sale through. so now his telling me there is nothing he can do for due to that his sales lady does not know if the vehicles is code 3 / 2 so they are not train right and lies to customers just for a sale.</p>

Robbed my money
I was first interested in buying a used Merc AMG 63,however I never had a hard cash immediately, I then had an agreement with Miguel to pay it off monthly. My 1st payment was in 26 Feb'15 for R50000.00, then 2nd again on the 05th Mar 2015, 01Apr 2015, last payment on the 15 Apr 2015 in total I paid R 200000.00, sUsenet I received a call on the 15/04/2015 statting that the vehicle was sold as I took long to pay up, I requested for a refund, but instead he wanted to offer me other vehicle inwhich I was not interested or I forfeit 20% of my payment. I was not not impressed but decided that I need cash urgently, I get the run around of my refund from Miguel the owner...Metal Used Spares & Rebuild are phony company, I've been trying to meet with Miguel to come to an arrangement but the employees says they are terrified of him, as they can't provide with his mobile number.
