Me and my father bought a vehicle from metal stock number: 036489 when I want to view the vehicle I spoke to a sales lady by the name of Tinyiko . We viewed the vehicle with her and asked her about fours times if the vehicle has an airbag. Which she did advise that the vehicle has an airbag and said they a taken out when they get to the floor as people steal them. She want as far as to check on the system that the airbag is available. We the carried on to purchase the vehicle. When the vehicle was towed and taken to home my father realized that the airbag was not there. He called Tinyiko and told her she said she will check and come to him. A week later I called her to find out the feedback she told me she will speak to the manager and call me back. She then called my father and told him that the manager ( Ricky) said that the vehicle came as is without the airbag and that's the reason the was at that price. Which is a complete liar. This comes out as two different stories from Ricky and Tinyiko at the point of sale of the vehicle. My problem here is that I would have never bought the vehicle without the airbag because that was the sales force of my decision. I have called many times to Tinyko about this problem but am not getting any help and told her to get her manager Rickey to call me but no one calls back I believe that they taking clients as fools and not giving good customer service as long as they receive the money they don't give a **** about the customer. Today I have called 3 times to speak to the manger Rickey but his never at the office. Metals plays a game of stories and never get back to problems. But I had not been TREATED WELL since ever, because the fnb debt is not sending me relevant documents for cancelation. I phone them every day, sometime 4 times a day but they making me fool. One, mthey say I am not in their data, when they were deducting my money. When they had found my information, they will promise, forward me eith the documents, but up to now I dnt get them, they promise to come back to me, and they will never hence i phone them many a times, I am frustrated andvi spend avlotvof money to call they.
