I am very disappointed in the service I received at kfc Durbanville today. The manager was so rude to me, she told me if I have a problem with their chicken I should complain to their supplier not them. That was the worst service I have ever received.
I am very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Dr Rossouw in kraaifontein, as doctors they should know better than what they are doing. To them my health and life is just a game or a way of making money. Not sure if this is what they do to all their patients or is it a racial thing
I am a regular customer of the Spar Palm Grove branch in Durbanville. I placed an order, and because the staff member was not focused on me, and incompetent, I had to wait unnecessarily as I was pressed for time as well. I asked the Store Manager who was on duty, Marius, if I could be compansated for the unnecessary wait, and he looked down on me and refused. I am highly disappointed as he is supposed to lead by example.
My husband worked for this company and passed away in 2020. Iv attempted on multiple occasions to get /make use of the benefits for his dependents iv sent the quotation for the kids uniform in 8 november 2021 recieved a follow up call to verify the email. I have done my duty as required for the claims to be processed before school opened I called again with every call its a different story,supervisor in a meeting or supervisor not in. Iv spoken to Zanele Itumeleng Lariska (supervisor) Mbuso(customer service) To this day 16 feb 22 iv never received a call back,never recieved the money to buy my kids thwir uniform therefore having to make use of old uniform and hand downs from family. Does this company have any empathy for my husband that has worked 13 years for them and this is what's is return. Disgusting and unsatisfied Sincerely Nozibele Thuvana
