Impossible to arrange a job with them. I made it quite clear I don't live at the flat where the job on the windows needing doing. The arrangement was I should be called before hand so that I could come thru to open up.
On the morning of the arranged job - no call is received. I phone the office to enquire and am told the guys are 'outside waiting'. I dash through to meet them. I don't see them outside. I wait 20 mins. I call their office. Call is cut off. I call again and leave a message for Dwight since he's the person that arranges the jobs I'm told.
I wait in my car another 15 mins for Dwight's call - it never happens. Later I go up to the flat and discover the people assigned to the job have somehow sneaked into the block without permission and are actually waiting outside the flat. An hour of their time waiting is wasted as well as 40 mins of my time. Later I call the office again and get hold of Dwight to ask for an explanation. He comes back and instead of trying to understand my frustration and dissatisfaction at be situation he issues insults to me which I wont elaborate on here. Shocking customer service.
