Trying to call accounts. Every time I call I wait and wait and then the call drops.
Trying to arrange a test drive with intention to buy top-end new Citroen car. You'd think after making contact via their various channels - website form, phone, whatsapp that this would be a regular and straight forward request to be fulfilled timeously. But alas no
Incapable of carrying out a simple instruction of providing IT3(b) tax certificates . For some reason my banking app shows the last date for these certificates is 2022. I've asked 8 different agents over a 3 day span to provide these to me for tax years 2023 and 2024. Needless to say, after HOURS in communication re this, the matter remains unresolved. So far: Certificate sent for the wrong year, statements for a different account to what I've asked for has been sent. I've been cut off from the chat in the app, my request hasn't fully been understood yet it's really a SIMPLE REQUEST
Impossible to use your internet banking chat service. I have a simple request for old statements. I have been trying to conduct an online chat for hours to various agents - keep getting cut off and the interface is absurdly slow to the point of being unusuable
Nedbank is causing unnecessary stress and disruption by failing to follow a simple request instruction. It's taken over a week to get a response from nedbank for an old statement request. The date range was clear and unambiguous in my request. But no, instead a statement from a different date range is sent to me
telkom mobile full of errors. I simply want to add a new phone contract. Call back broken and gives errors. Telkom app call me back stuck. Everything I've tried to do seems broken!!!
9 days since I took out a new contract with Telkom Mobile and requested my Vodacom number be ported/moved. To date I am still unable to use my number. Took out a new contract over a week ago. Applied for number port from my vodacom number. After more than a week and countless calls to agents I still have no service. Very frustrating and not worth the effort
Impossible to arrange a job with them. I made it quite clear I don't live at the flat where the job on the windows needing doing. The arrangement was I should be called before hand so that I could come thru to open up. On the morning of the arranged job - no call is received. I phone the office to enquire and am told the guys are 'outside waiting'. I dash through to meet them. I don't see them outside. I wait 20 mins. I call their office. Call is cut off. I call again and leave a message for Dwight since he's the person that arranges the jobs I'm told. I wait in my car another 15 mins for Dwight's call - it never happens. Later I go up to the flat and discover the people assigned to the job have somehow sneaked into the block without permission and are actually waiting outside the flat. An hour of their time waiting is wasted as well as 40 mins of my time. Later I call the office again and get hold of Dwight to ask for an explanation. He comes back and instead of trying to understand my frustration and dissatisfaction at be situation he issues insults to me which I wont elaborate on here. Shocking customer service.
Day 3 trying to get a Bank Guarantee from Standard Bank. Same old experience despite my posting here 2 days ago: - call center doesn't answer - "high call volumes...blah blah blah" - been holding for 20 mins now - non service, false promises from branch staff - meaningless apologies from Standard Bank on this forum WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET SERVICE ??!
