'We hate all our customers....especially you , you ****!'

Unbelievably poor service from metal windows. A team came around to fix a leak. Took out all windows, checked them and put them back in. But then broke the glass on one. Said they would be back in 10 minutes with a replacement...returned over an hour later. All the windows they had replaced were filthy...couldn't even clean them! Also asked to check and quote me on a leak near one of their other windows. He said a rep would get back to me the next day. I called every day for the next week....no news! Today I spoke to Dave Foreman, who said he would get the quote out immediately....still waiting! My title is a direct quote from one of the many people I spoke to....can you guess who it was? No Metal Windows doesn't know either.....
