i used this pharmacy for years without a problem, but this month they stole my payment and then said they didn't receive it. Then they abused me on the phone and threatened my life. be very careful of this phamacy, it seems that they have been taken over by some kind of mafia.
I called Vodacom on Friday with a simple question about my statement. the rep couldn't answer the question and neither could the team leader. I was told that no managers were working at that time (2.30pm on Friday). I was assured that a manager would call me back on Monday at 8.00am. That was an hour and a half ago....
I tried to upgrade my flight to business class at Dubai airport's Business class lounge. Staff took ages to attend to me (seemed much more interested in chatting to each other). Then they charged me twice the usual price and asked for my details over the phone. Fortunately, my bank blocked the transaction.
Absolutely awful customer experience! I tried to login to my account (which I have had for more than 6 months) to view my investments , but couldn't gain access to the site. I called the call centre and told them that I thought their system was not working. They called me a **** and told me someone would call me back in 5 minutes to fix it. No one called me until the next day! Then after another hour on the phone (3 hours in total now) they admitted that it was their fault. I cannot get any compensation for their ****** et al abuse, because ninety one ( the ANC of fund management) does not give compensation....I can see why, they wouldn't have any money left if they did! One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had...and it hasn't even been resolved yet....!
All I asked is that Discovery deliver my next batch of Statin tablets. I called half a dozen times, agents and managers promised that my order would be placed....and nothing happened. So this week I will run out of my chronic medication and (hopefully) die. Being dead is far preferrable to being a live patient of Discovery. Also Discovery have not paid my latest pathcare chronic bill...they won't even say why.....
All I wanted to do was to find out if Long Street Public swimming pool was open. Called the pool...no-one answered. Phoned the city...they said the pool was open , but they couldn't get hold of them?! I called again, waited on hold for half an hour and was basically told to **** off! **** you , city of cape town!
More than a week ago I asked Discovery why a pathcare bill on my chronic account hadn't been paid. I was assured that it would be sorted out by the 14th of April , it is now the 22/4/22. I spoke to Siphokazi today and she didn't have a clue about what was going on...no surprise there. I asked to be put through to her manager....still waiting 10 minutes later....then he hung up on me....
Still waiting for my money to reach my account from a doctors appointment almost a month ago.....
I sent a claim to discovery asking them to pay me because I had already paid the doctor. Of course they paid the doctor! The incompetence of Discovery never ceases to amaze. Idiots! How do you get this company to do their job? I spoke to Anika who was less than helpful and when I asked her to transfer me to a manager....I've already been waitng more than 10 minutes.......then I spoke to Ugeshini Naidoo, client relationship manager....she agreed that my email clearly stated that Discovery should pay me! I demanded to speak to her boss...she said she had escalated my claim....calling Discovery staff pathetic, is an insult to pathetic people.....
Called Discovery re why my claim had not been paid yet. I waited on hold for many minutes, entering my ID number and verifying myself with passwords. When an agent finally answered she asked for my ID again and after I gave it to her she hung up on me!
