' there is no one we have less respect for, than our customers'
i used this pharmacy for years without a problem, but this month they stole my payment and then said they didn't receive it. Then they abused me on the phone and threatened my life. be very careful of this phamacy, it seems that they have been taken over by some kind of mafia.

Poor management... Horrible Food
If you care more about your mental health then rather not go to Unicare...The food is horrible and when you complain the nurses makes you feel like you are crazy or wasn't supposed to complain...They don't even give feedback about your complaints...Some of the stuffs are okay,but majority are those ones that would take you back to zero during your healing journey...

Poor management... Horrible Food
If you care more about your mental health then rather not go to Unicare...The food is horrible and when you complain the nurses makes you feel like you are crazy or wasn't supposed to complain...They don't even give feedback about your complaints...Some of the stuffs are okay,but majority are those ones that would take you back to zero during your healing journey...

Unicare is horrible
Yho, this is the worst psychiatric hospital I've ever seen. They don't change linen nor clean rooms and bathrooms properly. There is no good hygiene xem. The food yhoo it's very bad and they re-use disposable containers. It feels like prison we are locked up like pit bulls. We don't have enough game only handcraft session, no gym, no Wi-Fi the televesion plays 1 channel Instead of healing u become worse, from depression to bipolar.

Unicare is horrible

UniCare Nurse Penny
Upon my partners arrival at UniCare Polokwane Medical Facilities (Psychiatric) at 9am, he was given a bed in Ward A3. While waiting for Dr Louw to see him, he tried to get some sleep but the nurses in the room was shouting as they were talking to each other. He then asked them to talk softer because he needs to get some sleep as per his medical condition is severe. a Nurse named Penny then told him that if them shouting bothers him he should take his bags and go home. She denies ever saying that to him. For a nurse at n Psychiatric Medical Facility she is absolutely unprofessional and beyond rude for the type of work she is suppose to be preforming.
