Failure to install Tombstone

From September 2024 I have asked them every month, today as well when are they going to install theTombstone on my Sister's grave which was fully paid by 1Life. They told me today that they don't know when they will install the Tombstone. I have messages from Metgran which I can forward to support this. This Tombstone need to be installed so we can honour my Sister and to get closure. From Nomana Tshingana
