Absolutely pathetic service. I arranged with Europcar Mogale City on 16 February 2026 to have the rental car collected on 17 February 2026 at 16:30 from the panel beaters where my car was repaired. I waited and waited, and nobody came to collect the car. I phoned and spoke to a lady there, and she said that none of her colleagues were available to collect the car. She told me that in the meantime, I could fill the tank with petrol and take a video of the exterior of the car. I informed her that I had already arranged for the car to be collected on 17 February, and that I had washed the car and filled the tank the day before. She knew nothing about the collection arrangement. It was clearly not captured on their system. I was extremely upset and told the lady exactly how I felt, asking how she expected me to drive two cars home. I told her I would leave the car at the panel beaters, in my best French, because I was furious and asked her to find out what was going on and whether she had my contact number, but she disconnected the call. I had to phone a family member, who then asked another family member to go to the panel beaters to drive my car home while I drove the rental car home. They were almost at the panel beaters when a gentleman from Europcar arrived to collect the rental. The lady I had spoken to must have phoned him to collect the car. Miraculously, the colleague who was supposedly unavailable suddenly became available. He asked who I had arranged the collection with and apologised profusely. I will not recommend Europcar Mogale City to anyone. My family members have also had major issues with them in the past, and by reading the negative reviews of this branch, it is clear that poor service is their motto and customer service is non-existent. I sincerely hope I will not need their services in the future. I would rather walk than use them again.

From September 2024 I have asked them every month, today as well when are they going to install theTombstone on my Sister's grave which was fully paid by 1Life. They told me today that they don't know when they will install the Tombstone. I have messages from Metgran which I can forward to support this. I went to return a ILife Zed-Air Laptop bought online last week Monday to Incredible Connection Cradlestone & to demand a refund as the Laptop is faulty. I was told they can only refund me in cash because the Laptop was bought online. They don't have that much cash in the store & I have to wait until they have the cash to deposit into my bank account. I have emailed Incredible Connection's Complaint Department just to receive a response stating that they will deal with my complaint in 1 to 2 days which is unacceptable. I had to pay the order immediately & then I have to wait for the store to get the cash together to refund me. I also refuse to pay the cash deposit fee my bank charges for cash deposits. I was even told that the ILife Laptops are a big problem, this was said to me by am employee at Incredible Connection. Why sell such a product if you know it is such a bad product? I had to leave the Laptop there with the Invoice & banking details written on the Invoice without any guarantee or proof that I will in fact get my refund. My daughter got this Laptop for her birthday & only opened it over the weekend. When she wanted to set it up it crashed 3 times on start-up, took 3 hours to update & glitches all the time. If this is the quality of products that Incredible Connection sells & if this is how they operate their business I don't want to buy anything from them or deal with them ever again. I am so disappointed & so is my daughter. I want my refund as in yesterday because I have to urgently buy my daugter a Laptop.
We are sick and tired of the trucks piling down Fransen Street to make collections at Chamdor, Krugersdorp. This morning a truck from BHIT Bulk Logistics, truck number ***, registration number KBD125MP blocked the entrance to our premises making it nearly impossible to enter the premises. We also had to drive in the one lane of upcoming traffic as the truck were blocking one of the lanes. When we have to leave in the afternoon, we cannot see if there are any upcoming traffic and we have to drive forward bit by bit in order to see whether there is any upcoming traffic. This is a threat to our safety and I had a couple of near misses where upcoming cars nearly crashed into me. Most of the drivers just sit in their seats looking at us, ignoring us and don’t give any assistance whatsoever to help us crossing the street. Last year in the Krugersdorp News it was said that SAB Chamdor is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. That was in April 2020. It is now more that a year later and nothing has been done. Should anything happens to me, my colleagues or any other person working in Fransen Street, SAB will be held responsible for any damage and loss of vehicles, injuries caused in accidents and loss of lives. We made so many complaints in the past and every time were given empty promises. We are not prepared to risk our safety any longer. I hope this is the last time I have to write a review on Sizwe Medical Fund. Hopefully I will be able to cancel my membership in the new year and move over to a Medical Aid that looks after their members, are helpful and understanding and who's service are not so pathetic than the service received from Sizwe. Sizwe will rather lose members than helping them. They are heartless and you have to pay for the misinformation they give you. They don't have a care in the world, as long as you pay every month. Thanks to them I have anxiety issues, my depression is worse all because of the extra worries I now have on my shoulders. They just don't care and they don't care that they misinform their member and they don't care about the consequences of that misinformation. After 16 years of being a member, I am FED-UP with them. I now have to try and get a loan just for Sizwe to get their payment in December and the worries of how the loan will be paid back will have to wait until the time comes to make my first payment on the loan. I really hope they are satisfied that they are putting me in a worse financial position than I am in now. I hope they are happy of the fact that they are ruing people's lives, taking food out of their children's mouths just so they can get their money. Heartless is what they are. I left a review on Hello Peter last week and all response I received from Credit Works on Hello Peter was that they will remove my phone number of their system so I won't be harassed any longer. Nothing was mentioned about the Paid-up letter I have been waiting for for 3 weeks. This account was settled and I want the Paid-up letter. According to Credit Worx they are waiting for the letter from Standard Bank. It is impossible to wait so long for a letter. Previous accounts I have settled, I haven't even waited for a week for the Paid-up letter. I also haven't received any replies for my emails sent since 05/11/2019. This is pathetic. I want the letter in order to cancel the debt review and I want to go on with my life debt free. I am sick and tired of this pathetic service I receive and for incompetent people who does not know how to do their jobs.
I have been harassed by Creditworx/Nimble Group/Norman Bisset and Associates for years since my account has been handed over to them by Standard Bank. During October 2019 it has been worse. I have received phone calls from them after 7:00 every morning for more that a week and calls during the day as well. Every time it is a different person contacting you, not knowing what was discussed between myself and the other persons I have spoken to. After telling them for days that the account will be settled by 05/11/2019, the calls never stopped. After the account was settled on 05/11/2019 I have emailed the proof of payment to Nimble Collection Services <sbsaqueries@normanbissett.co.za> and Rodney Ramosa <Rodneyr@creditworx.com>. Up to date no one bothered to respond to my email. I had to phone Credit Worx to confirm that the proof of payment as well as my payment has been received. I asked when will I receive my Paid up letter and was told they are waiting for Standard Bank to issue the letter. It has now been 2 and a half weeks and I have not receive the letter and still no response on my email of 05/11/2019 as well as the email I have sent on to Nimble Collection Services <sbsaqueries@normanbissett.co.za on 18/11/2019. For years I had to take their harassment, their demands for more money and the moment I have settled the account, they don't bother assisting you. I was also told before settling the account that they had not received payments from me since 2016. I have demanded a statement of my account to see whether my payments was received and that the payments reflect on the statement, which did reflect. How can you tell someone that knowing that you have paid this account every month for years. There is definitely a lot of things that is "fishy" at Creditworx/Nimble Group/Norman Bisset and Associates and it is quite clear that the one person does not know what the other person is doing. I have paid more than double on my Standard Bank Loan since 2012 and demand my Paid Up letter and action from Creditworx. I need the letter to send to my Debt Councilor in order to have the Debt Review cancelled. After I have read all the comments on Hellopeter about this Company it is quite clear that their service stinks, that things there a not above board and that their employees are totally incompetent, unprofessional and pathetic. I have endure enough harassment from them to last me a lifetime and are sick and tired of their pathetic service. I demand action and not tomorrow or next week, TODAY! Pathetic service. I will never order anything from them again and will not recommend Charis Jewelry SA to anybody. You place an order, a week later they let you know that one of the items is out of stock, you change the order and then after more than a month and numerous emails you have not received your order. Only when you tell them you want to cancel the order, they phone you and email you to let you know the order will go out today. Thank but no thanks. My order was Christmas gifts for my daughter's teachers. I am upset, my daughter is upset and I promised something special to her teachers for Christmas. Thank you for nothing!
<p>I was ported from Autopage from Glocell. On 20/06/2016 I received a call from Lynn at Glocell offering me an upgrade on my current package. I normally upgrade from the 6th of July every year and decided to get the upgrade offered to me by Glocell. Lynn did the upgrade for a LG G4 Stylus on a Smart Chat 1 Gig Top Up for R249.00 p/month. When she checked on the system, there were no stock on the phone but assured me that I can go to the nearest Glocell Store to get the phone there. The upgrade is loaded on the system and there won’t be any problems. I decided om 23/06/2016 to phone Glocell Town Square in Weltevreden Park to find out whether they do have stock as I do not want to drive there and there is no stock on the phone. I was told by the store that they do not have stock. I then called Glocell directly and was told that they will have stock the Monday 27/06/2016. I phoned the Monday, spoke to Kulilelo / Kululeko and was told that they have not received the stock but they will have stock by the next week. I phoned again the next week, no stock, the same happened the week thereafter. Everytime I phone I was told that they will have stock within the next week.</p> <p>On 27/07/2016 I phoned again and spoke to Caron at Customer Services because no one in the Upgrade Department can help me, they keep on transferring me to Customer Services. I spent 35 minutes on the phone while Caron searched for a LG G4 Stylus on their system. She was unable to find any phone in stock. She said I must phone within 2 weeks and confirmed with her Supervisor that they cannot give a specific date on when stock will be received as they receive the phones from overseas. I really do appreciate her effort and the fact that she did not lie like the other agents just to keep my happy.</p> <p>This morning I decided to phone Glocell to change the phone on my upgrade as I cannot wait any longer. I decided on a Huawei Ascend P8 Lite on the Smart Chat 1 Gig Top Up for R299.00 p/month. It is R50.00 more per month for I phone I do not really want. I phoned, selected Upgrades, repeated the whole story for the 100th time and the gentleman said he must transfer me to Customer Support and I will receive an option to select the person who initially contacted me regarding the upgrade, which was Lynn. I knew he talked rubbish because when I was transferred to Customer Support, there were no options to select and had to hold for the next available operator. Eventually when I got through, I repeated the story yet again. The Agent told me that she is going to put me through to Upgrades. I told her that Upgrades transferred me to Customer Support. She said she is sorry but she cannot help me, Upgrades must assist me in changing the upgrade. I was furious and fed-up and totally lost it. I just cut her off.</p> <p>If don’t want the Huawei Ascend P8 Lite and I refuse to pay R50.00 more p/month. I want my LG G4 Stylus for R249.00 p/month on the Smart Chat 1G Top Up as per my agreement dated 20/06/2016 and I want the phone by Friday which is 05/08/2016. I don’t give a hell were they are getting the phone from as long as it is brand new and delivered to my work. Should I not receive this phone by Friday 05/08/2016, I will walk the 1km from my house to the nearest Cell C store and arrange to have them take over my contract. I am not prepared to waste my time any longer with Glocell or to drive to hell and gone to upgrade or to sort out a query. From 23/06/2016, I have spent a total of 75 minutes on the phone with Glocell. I am fed up with their pathetic service, their lies to keep clients happy, all their excuses. Should this not be sorted out by 05/08/2016, I am done with them. </p> <p> </p>
