On the 3rd of March 2025, I sent 1Life's headstone service provider (Metgran) final confirmation and receipt from the cemetery that we can put up a headstone for my father. Was promised that it will be ready in 3 - 4months being July 2025 the latest. Followed up on the 22nd of July 2025 about it since the time had elapsed and was told that the Headstone was still in manufacturing and that they would get back to me once done. It is now End of October 2025, 8 months later and still no headstone has been received. After laying a complaint, I was once again told that the headstone is still in manufacturing and no timeline is available as to when it will be available. Requested a cash payout on it rather and was once again given another long wait by the service provider (Metgran) with an excuse that, "Payment will be done, but they dont know when it will be done". Im assuming a long wait of 8months again." They give no priority to clients, bad in communication and truely the poorest service provider I have come across.
