Waiting for the headstone

My sister passed on, on the 16th of March 2023, she had a policy with 1life which also covered the headstone, which is not installed till now, when we call we are told stories, I'm tired, I just want my sisters grave to be dignified, my sister was a well respected person, today marks exactly 11 months, luckily the graveside doesn't have the policy of headstones being installed within a year but nonetheless, the headstone should be installed
