Good afternoon, my late sister had a funeral cover which includes the Headstone, she passed on, on the 16th March 2023 which marks exactly 11 months today, she still does not have a headstone and we are being sent from pillar to post by your sub contractor Mertgran Pty Ltd, it's one story after the other and my sister paid her policy very well without skipping but now 1 life is failing to deliver their side of the package, we are so fortunate because where we buried her it is not compulsory to erect a tombstone within a year, but then we want my sisters grave to be dignified, she was a well known member of the community and yet her graveside doesn't look properly, We are not happy as a family because 11 months is too much, they called me on the 20th of Feb 2024 and promised to call me later on, they didn't but if I wanted to join 1life you'll be quick to respond to me, it is totally unfair

My mom wanted to make an investment with old mutual, they told her that they will debit from her account then she should come back for paperwork, when she went there on the 16th of November a large amount was debited for the financial advisor that she didn't ask for, she then told them that she is withdrawing, doesn't want the investment anymore, that guy told him that money will be reversed in 48hours which didn't happen, she went back to Old mutual after a few days, when they checked money was not reversed and they did the process of reversal and she was told that her money will be reversed in 15 working days, after more than those days that we stipulated still no money, she went to Old mutual on the 2nd of January, she is sent from pillar to post for her money, I'm not happy because my mom has heart problems and now she doesn't sleep at night because of Old mutual Eyethu mall, Orange farm
I cancelled my contract with cellc a month before the end date which was a right thing to do, apparently the consultant wrote that the contract should end in 2024,They sent me the contract benefits in May and June and I told them to take them back because they wanted to debit my money, I told them that I'm not going to pay for someone's mistake (their consultant), now the took me to a debt collector instead of making their employee to account for writing the wrong information, cell c is the worst
Good day, I cancelled my cellc contract in March, which is a month before it ended and my money was debited from my account end of May, after the month that it was suppose to be the last month, i then reversed it, I then received a statement that I'm suppose to pay double the amount end of June, when I called cellc the consultant told me that the person who cancelled my contract made a mistake and wrote that it should be cancelled in 2024,however Im suppose to pay the amount because cellc sent me their monthly benefits and I used them, but I didn't ask them to, and I cancelled the contract because I knew my financial status, I can't be responsible for the mistake that was made by one of their employees
My nephew bought sneakers online in July and they were not delivered to date, Im being sent from pillar to post, this company is a scam, I'm also communicating with other 2 people who encountered the same problem
I surrendered for a claim at hollard from my savings ,after lodging a complaint about the service a consultant called me and assured me that my money will be deposited into my account in 24hours and I also received a confirmation message,up to date I haven't received my money and I can't go make a loan whilst having savings,after 24hours when I called in was told that the money was released in to my account and will only be paid on the 23rd of November,I've been calling hollard every day and no one knows what to do,I' sent several emails to the complaints department,no response till now,hollard is being unprofessional and not reliable,im so furious and angry because they can't even put me through complaints department telephonically,what kind of a company is that?they don't value their customers Ingrid_molefe
I had a bad experience with cartrack roadside assistance,when I was recruited i was told that they pay R5000 for a year for towing regardless the km,now I towing from orange farm to lenasia ext 10 which is 21kms now im told that im suppose to pay R400 because its 95 kms,i won't pop out that amount ,last Friday my sister used AA to tow her car from Orange farm to Soweto and she paid only R150 because the kilometers were more than 40,cartrack doesnt fulfill its promises
I went to Absa eyethu mall to transfer R11 000 00,the was no electricity but other banks have it,Absa doesn't value it's clients, I'm angry because i requested to be late at work, I ended up signing a days leave and paying that person extra money, I stood outside till I asked one of the consultants who also didn't help since he didn't have any information, but he gave me a customers helpline and I didn't get any help,I'm so angry because of the waste of my time,energy and money
