Horrible service, do not buy. I placed an order online on the 8th of December and still today they are giving me a run around, they do not pick up calls. Taihir the online dedicated person is lie and their manager is the same, after escalating the order issue to him he did nothing. Now i want my refund they busy transferring my call until it drops. They do not have any of the items they claim to have online, instead of saying so they lie. What a horrible company. Just all this for an oven

Horrible service, do not buy. I placed an order online on the 8th of December and still today they are giving me a run around, they do not pick up calls. After a good service and make good that was given eventually as many tries of failed contact with Metro Lifestyle, it turns out that all complaints are realistic as it is major pathetic having to wait 2+ weeks for a set of missing ***** set. 5 stars given turn out to be not even 1 star. No recommending and do not order from this pathetic online company. One of many companies that should be downed for fooling people. They just take your money and order from suppliers as they are not even producer but give the impression to be. Straight forward: An absolute NO for Metro Lifestyle!!! Please refund immediately for 1 garden chair that is useless as due to missing ***** set the chair is worth 0,00 ZAR!!!

I brought my wedding reception dress to Metro for alterations, believing they are professional, The guy that does the alterations Emmanuel first off wanted to ***** my Money u charging me 600 rand for the alterations to Metro, he then walked me to my car and said I had to pay him another 900 rand to his own account for his commission, I went to the owners not happy about this as it is theft. They promised me they will Handel the dress and they will speak to the employee about this and they will personally see to it my dress will be perfect and they will let me know when I can come for a fitting. I had to beg, swear, follow to get anything out of the owner Tosif. Then today when I followed up again he told me the dress is ready, I can go fetch it. The dress was origanally way to big, now it's ten times too small. I can't do anything with it. They destroyed my bridal gown 20 days before my wedding. Rather take your dress anywhere else, bunch and f ******* , cheats and ****s

On the 15 March 2025 i purchased a mattress and base plus another mattress. On the 16 August i informed Metro that the base had broken, after many messages backwards and forward between myself and Willingness Ndlouv and me requesting a refund, i was told that the Double Delta base would only be replaced as per manufacturer, I explained that its manufacturing fault and it will break again. Last night i climbed into bed and heard a crack and again the new base has broken in exactly the same place. As a 85 kg 60-year-old lady i don't appreciate having to sleep on a mattress on my floor especially as i have a heart condition. I have sent another what's app to willingness but as per the last time i can guarantee i will be given the run around. Service is diabolical, What a waste of money. Can i please have some response from someone regarding this. My number is 0845117996.

Dont ever buy from Metro Lifestyle Centurion Online, you get the wrong size. Then you promise to send the right stuff... You receive calls that the uber driver is minutes away.... you explain more than A day that you are only at work till 12, never to get the right order. Hours online... 100's of calls and then a 52km drive to the store returning the wrong stuff

You receive calls that the uber driver is minutes away.... you explain more than A day that you are only at work till 12, never to get the right order. DO NOT make any purchases on their online store. this company operates on *****ulent basis. They do not have the stock at hand, they do not notify you of such , you as the customer have to follow up and then they give weak excuse giving false reason that 'their online representative has left the past week' . They then want to offer you an alternative inferior product. When yiu demand a refund they demand you give them sensitive private information such as a copy of your ID, credit card details and/ or banking details. When I demanded such instruction to be received from their official accounts department they said my email is bouncing back! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely shocking experience. I returned goods to Metro Lifestyle Montana within 2 days, in perfect condition, and they accepted the return without issue BUT THEN REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND ! The items are back in their store, yet they’re playing ridiculous games like, “We don’t have cash in store,” or “We need your bank account confirmation letter and ID.” Seriously? For a refund of less than R2000? Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and showed zero regard for customer service. This kind of treatment is insulting and completely unprofessional. Completely ********* business practice. Shop here at your own risk. I won’t be going back.
