Have canceled my contract with them in 2024. Called them the whole of 2025. Still taking money from. My account. Canceled agin Jan 2026. Still calling me constantly from different numbers. PLEASE TAKE ME IF YOUR DATA BASE. BEFORE I OPEN AN HARRASSMENT CHARGE AGAINST YOU
On the 15 March 2025 i purchased a mattress and base plus another mattress. On the 16 August i informed Metro that the base had broken, after many messages backwards and forward between myself and Willingness Ndlouv and me requesting a refund, i was told that the Double Delta base would only be replaced as per manufacturer, I explained that its manufacturing fault and it will break again. Last night i climbed into bed and heard a crack and again the new base has broken in exactly the same place. As a 85 kg 60-year-old lady i don't appreciate having to sleep on a mattress on my floor especially as i have a heart condition. I have sent another what's app to willingness but as per the last time i can guarantee i will be given the run around. Service is diabolical, What a waste of money. On 13 June I downgraded my son's phone. Expecting debit order to be lower. It wasn't. Called vodacom on 1 Aug spoke to zindile, to find out another number is linked to my account. Have no knowledge of this said number. Was told someone would get back to me regarding this. Today 11 Aug I finally phoned back as no one had called me. Spoke to Retabile. All messages on system were incorrect. Still paying for unknown number. She had no explanation. Tried to put me through to cancelations . They hung up. What does one have to do to get answers from this company. So frustrated Hope I finally hear something otherwise will go legal.
Sanmarie is the worst person. I have contacted her multiple times requesting info on dogs she is advertising for adoption. She is insisting that you need to all ready need to have a Daxi as they are pack dogs. Lol. I have had lone Daxis for many years, my eldest was a ripe old age of 18 when he passed. He was part of the family unit as have they all. I was told I need to study the breed as obviously I know nothing about them. Really I've had 4 in my life time. I told her she needs to study the relationship between Daxis and family's. They are in a pack yes, a family pack. This woman is diabolical and should not be allowed near animals.
Received a threatening letter for my late husband. He passed in parkland hospital in April 2019. Demanding unpaid accounts. Do these people either Protea Factors or the hospital even know what is going on. Surely someone must have picked up that the poor man is late
Brought a comforter for my son. After a week I put it in the wash. I noticed half way there wash the comforter was coming apart. Stopped wash immediately. Contacted Mr price customer care, who unbelievably have changed there return policy due to the riots in july. Was asked for photos of the damage which I sent. After about 3 week. Infact today received a email saying they will not exchange the set as it's is not a manufacturing fault. Called customer service and asked to speak to someone in a higher position than the call center lady and was told they are only allowed to put calls through to people no higher than team leader level. What a surprise to be told team leader is on lunch. It's 14.47. I am sure everything that Mr price has done goes against the consumer protection act, as I brought goods that are not usable. DISCUSTED
Since my previous review on outsurance things have gone rapidly down hill. After speaking to Henry Shongwe on 2 different occasions and after an amt of 500 was taken from my account after I'd cancelled my cover, I was told I would receive a refund of around 2700. Surprise surprise this morning I did get a refund and I almost choked on my coffee . It was for 100.00 Anyone with any sense must cancell their insurance with these *****s. No one knows *** is going on in that company. Yes I have been in touch with the ombudsman and am waiting for them to get back to me. Please people. Write everything down when talking to these people, they are so quick to deny they said so and so. I even have a recording of a lady by the name of Katherine who admitted they had made a mistake, but were not going to rectify it in my favour. POLICY CANCELLED. BUNCH OF IDIOTS
After 7 days of calling , talking to a million different people. I cannot get anyone of them to understand I need a quote for a new vehicle. I'm pulling my hair out. They are all brainless.
Made a claim via the app and by phone on Monday 22 feb. Today is Wednesday 24 th feb I have called to find out what is happening. No one knows. Totally discussted. Will definitely look to change my insurance.
After putting in a claim for my cell phone screen via outsurance and having said claim approved, my phone was collected on the 10th December. Today is the 21st December and neither outsurance or platinum repairs can tell me what is going on with phone. I am now done. Lucian at platinum repairs is never available, the receptionist is super slow and they can shove the excess up there bum
