My fibre is again not working as per my prior request I'm not spending hours and hours wasting my airtime to fix this again.
Wasting all my airtime for no real outcome on my vodacom fibre repair, with a vague explanation on what is wrong, open for interpretation and ambiguous. I had to spend 100s of rands to be able to do my work via 3g, and the experience is just draining. Yet, there has been zero communication from Vodacom at all(besides a courteous call to tell me I must contact them later..). Can you believe it?? I expect a service, that is not much to ask for.
I was supposed to receive my groceries from PNP online, though I still have not even received any word on what is happening here. <br> <br> I had to phone them twice, when I was told they sent a mail to MR delivery. Obviously there where perishables with the groceries, all of which are unaccounted for, Should I just give up, and ask the bank to reverse my transaction? You do realise that I can't buy groceries now, seeing as I may end up with duplicates if you ever choose to deliver my groceries to me..... <br> <br> I am officially farming this out to Hellopeter because the sub-par experience has forced my hand, The second individual I had spoken to told me she is phoning MR delivery, but never got back to me. (I think she only said it to disengage the call). <br> <br> Do not send me stale products, as I understand it got checked out on thursday morning, and somehow went unnacounted for.
