On the 15 March 2025 i purchased a mattress and base plus another mattress. On the 16 August i informed Metro that the base had broken, after many messages backwards and forward between myself and Willingness Ndlouv and me requesting a refund, i was told that the Double Delta base would only be replaced as per manufacturer, I explained that its manufacturing fault and it will break again. Last night i climbed into bed and heard a crack and again the new base has broken in exactly the same place. As a 85 kg 60-year-old lady i don't appreciate having to sleep on a mattress on my floor especially as i have a heart condition. I have sent another what's app to willingness but as per the last time i can guarantee i will be given the run around. Service is diabolical, What a waste of money.
