Rip Artists
I used a company called Master Movers for many years, for all our family's removals. Great company. After selling my daughter's house, we put a lot of her furniture in storage, and paid monthly storage fees. After a few years, we decided to move the furniture out, selling what we didn't need, due to the cost of storage. However, in the meantime, the company had been bought by somebody else, and the name changed to Metro Movers, run by one Rohan Preece, in Cape Town. Rohan offered to arrange for the sale of our goods on auction, and to then pay us the proceeds. The auction took place in October last year, and we still haven't been paid the R5k owing to us, in spite of numerous promises, in writing, from Rohan. Disgusting. It is clear that he has no intention of paying us, which means I will now have to investigate Small Claims court, etc. These guys are definitely not movers you can trust. Avoid!

Professional, personal, excellent service
It was such a pleasure having Metro Movers coordinate the packing and move for our house.<br> <br> It is always a stressful experience to move, but the Metromovers crew made it pleasant and virtually stress-free.<br> <br> The professionalism and friendliness, as well as their hands-on skill, knowledge and experience, meant that throughout the process we felt that we were in good hands and didn't have to worry about anything - they had it all under control, even when we didn't!<br> <br> The care with which they treated our furniture and wrapped and packed showed their expertise.<br> <br> We will definitely recommend Metromovers, and will certainly use their services again!

No feedback after call
Don't use these people they broke my goods still waiting for them to call back no service feedback have a don't care attitude.first and the last I will use them they dropped there quote from 2.700 to 1.400 I wonder why don't get business I can see why.

Refund drama
Good day,<br> <br> I have been experiencing difficulty getting a refund of money owed to me by Metromovers Cape Town for the past month.<br> <br> I had initially booked their services for relocation from Pretoria to Cape Town in December 2014. I had paid in full their fees of R3500 as requested. In early January of the new year I had cancelled my reservation and was assured a full refund. It is has escalated to this point of frustration as I have not yet received anything from them except false promises. I have a emails that can prove that they had assured the refund, however I am yet to see the money.<br> <br> I am at breaking point and require assistance in handling this issue the proper manner.<br> <br> Sincerely,
