Bad service

This company is useless to the core. I have had a hospital cash back policy with them for the past 9 years. It pays a cash back every 3 years. Last week on Friday I received a confirmation sms that the funds will be paid into my account. I called the company to check how long it will take? I was advised that the latest is Tuesday. Today ts Wednesday and I call them to check what the problem is, they tell me they are waiting approval to release the funds. This is unacceptable and such incompatancy is not expected from such an entity. Their supervisor by the name of Danise was supposed to call me within 5 to 10 minutes as she was still setting up her Laptop, I call back after 30 minutes and precious Denise can't talk to me as she is busy with another client (a more deserving client I suppose) PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR WORK ETHIC IS SUB HUMAN
