Extremely unhappy

My name is Xolane, I stay in Palm Springs 719 section E and have a sewage blockage since March but nothing is being done till date. I'm being pushed from pillar to post . I've been speaking to Oscar Sebolo (Technician) who is apparently home sick but refuses to give information as to who he's liasing with. The ONLY excuse is that they have one car. My house is about to fall from the water and i get the same excuse everyday. I have an old woman in the house and kids.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THIS SORTED... Next stop is the Media...
