Paid them in full but they still debited my account. Promised to refund me but suddenly the forgot and missed my refund and now I'm running after them as if I owe them. They don't call back nor acknowledge my calls. Moli who is the one that supposedly submitted my refund has no explanation as to what happened. Now the so called finance manager is never in the office to submit my refund. I was promised to be called back by a Jaden Rangasamy but nothing till now. WTH...

Saya recoveries is *********** ****s!!!
Worst experience ever. These people were so quick to list my name at Transunion. Paid up the account and suddenly I can't be assisted. The so called supervisor isn't getting back to me. Ivan is very *********** along with all other consultants because they don't give you a chance to speak. Can I please get my paid up letter to clear my name.

I don't know what else to do. I've been aaking to be removed from debt review since all my accounts a prescribed and 1 is paid up. I've sent all required documents to Thelma that was supposed to be assisting but till now she hasn't said anything. I'm certain that the documents were well received because I confirmed with Karabo and he acknowledged. Everytime I call to follow up , " she on a call or just stepped out" . No call back till now and my life is a stand still. Someone please help me.

VVM fools !
I paid up my account in 2023. They had an incorrect email address suddenly, not sure how because the person that was assisting with the settlement letter was using the correct email address. Fastforward 2025, I need my paid up letter . It's been hell and back. Sharon promised to escalate the matter to Takatso that never bothered calling back till I called back, only to speak to Sphelele that promised to call back. I'm still waiting till today. I've exhausted all options. I've sent my request to their admin department via email, no response till now(2 weeks later). I've been correcting my email address on every call but nothing till now. My life is stuck while I don't owe them anything. All I need is a paid up letter. They are ****s and not professional at all. I call back again to follow up, now I'm getting Andile , suddenly my calls are going to Durban and both Sharon and Sphelele are in Joburg however on Friday Sphelele called me with an( 031) number. So I'm not certain is to who is fooling who here. I'm soooooo annoyed. VVM is utterly useless and ***********. PERIOD !

The system and service has failed me
I've been with car tracker for about 8 months . That's how old my car was ****** from Chery dealership in Alberton. I've been asking cartracker for the device report of when it was ******. The day before and the actual day. This is since last March, till today they still looking for the data. When I call in , they put me on hold for about 20mins then hang. I've asked to speak to the team leader or supervisor but they are ALWAYS in a meeting. I'm thinking if opening a case . I'm truly failed .

Extremely unhappy
My name is Xolane, I stay in Palm Springs 719 section E and have a sewage blockage since March but nothing is being done till date. I'm being pushed from pillar to post . I've been speaking to Oscar Sebolo (Technician) who is apparently home sick but refuses to give information as to who he's liasing with. The ONLY excuse is that they have one car. My house is about to fall from the water and i get the same excuse everyday. I have an old woman in the house and kids. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THIS SORTED... Next stop is the Media...

Horrible service
Im extremely disappointed at the level of abucus incompetency. I was misrepresented into taking additional policies which i complained about and to their incompetency i was told that the recording can NOT be found. A REFUND was promised but everytime a call "ALL THE MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS " are at a meeting. And NO follow up is made. I've made contact with the ombudsmen... I'm awaiting on a way forward. Im not leaving this. Its almost a thousand rand. EITHER I GET MY REFUND ON THE NEW POLICIES OR REIMBUR*****T ON ALL MY POLICIES SINCE I COMMENCED WITH THEM. AND THAT'S A PROMISE.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
My name is Portia and i went to MNCE training centre for my security grades. I paid call monies due to Richard whom was happy to receive it but failed to do deliver on his far end. I've since been waiting on him to load my grades so i can register for my Psira. Its almost 2 months and he is giving me a run around. He only provides feedback when i communicate. RICHARD BRING BACK MY MONEY OR DO YOUR DAMN JOB.
