Disrespectful Metsimaholo municipality

I have approached the Metsimaholo municipality for the last 10 years to fix the potholes on only two roads in the Sasolburg district...Sandrivier Rd and Colenso Street. I have retained all email correspondence with the municipality over the years...None of my emails received any attention..there was not even an explanation for this nonchalance. Residents are paying their rates and taxes and over and above this...fixing the roads with their own monies. Its deplorable and disrespectful what the municipality is doing to the residents. These roads have become dangerous to drive on making it a safety hazard to drive on...more so when it rains. Residents have punctured tyres on these roads which were reported to the municipality...all we receive is Silence. Will there be any response from the municipality after 10 years of correspondence?
