I dealt with Ashraf this morning for release of my vehicle from the panel shop. I was in ********** traffic to the panel beater. Ashraf facilitated all the release activities on the fly. Appreciate this prompt response from Miway....on WhatsApp too! Great service.
I placed an online order for an Alesis Nitro drum kit this morning. I had a few queries before placing the order, which were professionally, pleasantly and efficiently addressed by Zandre. I enjoyed this sales experience. Buying musical instruments is such a soul-filling exercise and engaging with such amazing staff makes it all the more fulfilling. Thank you.

I adopted a puppy from a rescue centre. A mandated appointment with a Vet at this veterinary clinic was scheduled by the rescue centre and context was provided. I reached my 15:40 appointment at 15:47. Making a trip through JHB traffic to the Vaal after getting out of a rough work schedule, adopting and fetching a puppy from the rescue centre and thereafter finding my way for my first-time visit to the veterinary clinic was daunting. The above perturbations are not of relevance to personell at the veterinary clinic..but upon reaching the veterinary clinic with fervent volition, I was met with a "You are late" response by the Secretary which was justifiable but perhaps the obvious need not be mentioned. The Secretary followed the response with a reminder of the current time and further explanation of what being late means to the clinic and other patrons. Through the rambling by the Secretary and Vet I had to manage puppies anxiety of being with a stranger and carry him through to being weighed and subduing him on the Vets examination table. This response tarnishes my adoption experience which should ideally be a joyous event. I would have appreciated not being given a lesson on punctuality and its repercussions but rather being told that my 7 minute delay means that puppy cannot be seen if it were the case. My reason for being late is irrelevant to my complaint and so I kept silent through the ramble but presented it here to describe my tarnished experience at the clinic. The comportment displayed by the staff at the Veterinary clinic was unprofessional and unwarranted. I would not like my friends nor family to share my experience. Dr Govender
Please do not purchase Trojan health gym equipment. I requested bushes for an elliptical trainer and I was told they cannot help me and that the equipment is outdated. There should at least be a fabrication company that can be recommended or spares sourced.
I interacted with Lethabo for a flat battery. She was prompt and meticulous and clear with her questions ...and the service was delivered within 20 min of the call!!!! I think miway is only employing a certain calibre of consultants for the phone consults...people will remarkable people engagement skills. There is no fumbling nor need to repeat myself ! Brilliant
My interaction with the call agent Tumisang was exceptional. He very clearly and concisely explained the proecedure to have my car towed and more importantly, was exceptionally efficient. I will consider Miway for future insurance plans because of this interaction.
I dined at Doppio Zero at the Pearl's Umhlanga yesterday and experienced something rare. We ordered a chicken salad and the salad came with bacon strips. We were not informed by the waiter about any other meat that will be included in the salad but then again...we did not review the menu before ordering the salad to notice the extra meat stipulated on the menu. The waiter informed Willem the manager about the dilemma. This personable and professional manager came to our table and explained that the error was not entirely on the waiter nor the kitchen...but in the same breathe stated that he will prepare another salad for us without the bacon strips out of goodwill. We acknowledged this firm and well grounded explanation. I was very pleased with his handling of the matter where the Customer was at fault. I tipped a little more than the standard rating to express my joy for the great service. I have already referred my friends to Doppio in Umhlanga based on this star service. I will certainly support this restaurant a lot more in the future.
