I’m disappointed with the service from this panelbeater. While the repair work on my car seems fine, the customer service has been appalling. We were told the repairs would take a few hours, but several days later we still do not have our car back.
Communication is non-existent; no timelines, no proactive updates, and it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone. When we do ask for updates, we are met with passive-aggressive and dismissive attitudes.
Keeping a customer’s vehicle without proper communication or respect is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business unless they drastically improve how they treat their clients.
