Disappeared
How can I get a hold of them I just wanna pay them and remove my details from their system they disappeared without a trace

Very incompetent bunch of people
<p>I'm really very annoyed with the kind of unprofessionalism and incompetency in your staff. I sent 3 payslip on one email and I even have the proof but now they call me and telling me they only have one payslip. on Friday when I sent the payslips ,they called me and told me that they got everything and they just need to confirm employment. Now all of a sudden they don’t have the other 2 payslips, I guess the system ate them .</p>

After I responded I was told the loan has been declined because I don't meet the criteria, so where was the criteria when they told me I qualified.</p> <p>Worse I didn't even apply for that loan so that means they got access to my personal details without permission and on top of that they told me nonsense. And that is false advertising and unlawful.</p>
