I was supposed to be getting my refund 3 months ago. The last time I spoke to them in December 2024 they said it will be getting 3days but up until now. The time I last spoke to them was mid December 2024 but up until now nothing has happened.
Has not been refunded my deposit and I was told will receive an email which didn't happen. On top of that they last week recharged me again for the same booking trip. So it means I have been recharged twice for one trip and my deposit money has not been paid. Today is day 12 but no deposit money paid to me. So I want my money back together with the 2nd charge of the booking money.
I'm disgusted at what I have been treated by this medical aid. I paid cash for the medication and I found that they have paid for that medication. What they are doing now they're refusing to refund me the money I have paid.
This is the story of ABSA: 1. They were supposed to contact me regarding the consultant who I believe that she acted in manner that is inappropriate. 2. Consultant at ABSA a certain number, to me that sounded like something is going on. 3. Hence I contacted ABSA I was hoping there will help me but no,nothing from them and I told them that the matter happened at Overport.
I would like to know what made not to dispense Bactrim cause it is part of the prescription.
I am annoyed beyond the word it's self. Sally and Sinethemba have treated me like a 3rd class citizen,refusing to give my glasses after I have paid for them. Sally was busy telling me she wants a certain type of proof of payment, she doesn't want the one that I gave them. I mean as long as there's proof of payment what has the format got to do with anything.
I have been receiving auto advance which I didn't subscribe or requested. I want this stopped effective immediately. This ********* especially since there is no USSD option to do it on my side.
I was on condition specific waiting period for my chronic medication. The waiting period expired yesterday 30/06/2024. I also have been paying cash because of above reason but I find very unfair that the prescription is still declined. I'm more than annoyed. Can this be rectified ASAP.
Good day My TV hasn't been working for the past 2 hours(16/06/2024). When I reboot it keeps saying searching for network. Worse this decoder was replaced about about 6weeks ago, if not 2 months ago
My TV was not working last week, so the instàller/technician found out the problem was the decoder. The I took it walk-in center at uMhlanga. The person who assisted me said when she checks it is working but I requested a new since it's insured and I was no longer convinced it's working. To my disappoinment and surprise it was not in a box and no new remote. When I questioned her about that she said the decoders now come wrapped in plastic and the remote is only given when are new subscriber but I comp****. After that the TV only worked for 1day
