I just wanna know why you changed the electricity to smart matter, the worst company in the country. You pay for what you don't use, u change it midyear knowing we cant move out because our lease binds us. Everything was going well until this. Its a mess even when you not home for days you come back to a hefty bill. It's ridiculous.
I'm so disappointed in the service I received from you guys, I purchased a Galaxy A03 core from woolworths centurion mall and after about 2 months it gave me a problem, took it back to she shop was told I am unable to get a new phone, it was taken back to be fixed it took about 3 weeks to be fixed, it came back and after about a month and a half the phone became worse and I went back to centurion mall and I spoke to the manager about exchanging and maybe topping up because clearly can't get a assisted the manager by the name of Petrus Disolane told me there's nothing he can do I just have to keep on getting it fixed even though it is under 1 year warranty.as I am typing this I'm at woolworths again to try get this fixed I'm not happy with the service at all from such a prestigious and reputable entity.
Great service no issues, got my money in time friendly staff called me to see if I received the funds. Very easy online process
Worst experience ever, I ordered food the driver claimed he arrived and he claimed he called I never got the food and they took my money. I rated and and asked for help they sent 1 message and didn't respond to me ever again I sent emails and still nothing.
They keep deducting my money from my account, I have continuously asked them to stop they agree to doing it and they don't. I have never been so irritated.
Hi I'm absolutely annoyed by the service I received from your branch in maponya.I placed an order and 2 payments were taken from my credit card, I then received the order at 11:30 pm when it was cold ad I was already sleeping.you sent an email and said money will be refunded in x amount of days which has passed. I went to the branch and the manager and he assured me I'll get the money on the 30th on Friday. I go to the branch on the 1st and the manager has the audicity to tell me he cant help me because he needs proof which is the bank statement. Of which I give him and he tells me about another week. I'm disgusted at the service.i want to lay a formal complaint I always order from your restaurant I can't believe I'm being treated this way. How can I get a hold of them I just wanna pay them and remove my details from their system they disappeared without a trace
Fnb centurion mall.best experience ever the staff is friendly and very helpful .they make sure you fully understand all their products and help you with your query to the best of their ability. Even with covid they made sure that the environment is safe with sanatizers at your disposal from the door to the counter .im extremely happy with the service
I'm appalled to say the least at Spar. Bought lamb for R200 it looked good on the outside and just underneath was bits amd pieces of .chopped up fatty bones. They disguised with 3 pieces on top but once opened it was rubbish
I'm absolutely appalled at this service i placed an order 2 hours ago and paid online .after 30 minutes I couldn't track my order anymore and their number was off suddenly. I called the customer care number they said they will follow up on my order on still waiting I'm disgusted by the service . I'm never going to recommend this to anyone I've never received such bad service from a fast food joint
