Refund

I ordered two pairs of shoes, and instead, I received **** products. I promptly requested a return and paid for the return shipping. I was informed that I would receive my refund within 14 working days, with a deadline of July 31, 2025.

Since then, I've reached out via both email and WhatsApp multiple times. The only response I received was an email stating that my refund would be processed by August 5, 2025. Despite my persistent attempts to communicate, there has been no further response. When I called, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, telling me that the waiting period was not over.

It is now nearly evening, and I still have not received my refund. They are ignoring my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

I urge anyone considering a purchase from this shop to think twice. The service I’ve experienced is unacceptable, and there is a complete lack of communication.

I want my refund
