Order not delivered
I ordered a phone online on October 28, 2025, and today is November 6, 2025. I haven't received any updates from the courier, and when I try to track my order, it always shows the same message: "address not found." Today, I sent them an email to cancel my order and request a refund. However, they rep**** stating, "case closed," and that the order was marked as "delivered." I have called them countless times, but there has been no resolution. I do not recommend this shop. It has been frustrating! I am still waiting for my refund.

Refund
I ordered two pairs of shoes, and instead, I received **** products. I promptly requested a return and paid for the return shipping. I was informed that I would receive my refund within 14 working days, with a deadline of July 31, 2025. Since then, I've reached out via both email and WhatsApp multiple times. The only response I received was an email stating that my refund would be processed by August 5, 2025. Despite my persistent attempts to communicate, there has been no further response. When I called, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, telling me that the waiting period was not over. It is now nearly evening, and I still have not received my refund. They are ignoring my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. I urge anyone considering a purchase from this shop to think twice. The service I’ve experienced is unacceptable, and there is a complete lack of communication. I want my refund

Fail to deliver
I've ordered a garbage bin on the 3rd of Jun and still haven't heard nothing from them. I now ask them when are they going to deliver and they told me tomorrow which it was supposed to be on the 11th of Jun. The 11th Jun I email them and they told me it's on its way till to date. Today the 13th Jun I email them asking what's going on, no reply. I than ask for the refund still no refund. Please don't buy from that shop if you don't want to regret. But I still want it delivered or my money back please
