Careless driving
This bus FP 72 LK GP knocked my sister's daughter on the 17/02/2026 on her way to school,she doing grade 12 struggling bcs of that early morning until today no one from the company made contact. The case was opened at Evaton SAPS kodwa kuthulile

Useless
There is a bus that we take at 06:00am the 7b bus … the driver is always rude and forever late.. today 08/10/2024 was the worst of it all we got to our bus stops at 05:55 only for the bus to come it at 07:00.. basically Mqibelo doesn’t care about their passengers they are in it for the money .. what happens after they don’t care… we forever complaining about this driver… but nothing is being done we arrive late at our work places because of their mistakes…. We waited for an hour long cold as it was…

Useless
There is a bus that we take at 06:00am the 7b bus … the driver is always rude and forever late.. today 08/10/2024 was the worst of it all we got to our bus stops at 05:55 only for the bus to come it at 07:00.. basically Mqibelo doesn’t care about their passengers they are in it for the money .. what happens after they don’t care… we forever complaining about this driver… but nothing is being done we arrive late at our work places because of their mistakes…. CHAUKE RUDE DRIVER
My 13 year old daughter had a school concert 3weeks back at her school in Parktown we normally take the 19h00 bus at Bree to commute back home but,on that day we arrived there a few minutes late and it had unfortunately left that's when our struggle began... We went on to wait for the 20h00 bus at Westgate and when it came we proceeded to board the bus where the driver by the name of Chauke told us he doesn't take R100 notes at night we passengers bring him **** money,he said we should stepped out of the bus at 20h15 at night with a 13 year old girl and also a woman if I had any other money I would have obviously used it now MGQIBELO need to let us know if this a new policy for cash and endangering our lives with this rude Driver

Bad Driver Service
I have rated the Service of the buses 4 because not all drivers are unreliable and unfriendly. I'm happy with Mqibelo Transport it's just one bus/bus driver that I'm unhappy with. Bus number 3006, DRV 400345, ITM : 1198, Route 2104.. It gets at Faraday taxi rank at 16:40pm. I ride this bus every single day back home from work, and I fill my bus tag EVERY month meaning I am a Mqibelo Transport customer. I have asked the Driver/ Drivers of the bus a million times to please stop where I get off but they always refuse and/or the driver would just go pass the place and go straight to the stop sign where I have to walk back a long distant to where I was supposed to have gotten off. I know a lady who's my neighbor she takes Bara Bus, and the drivers ALWAYS lets her get off where I myself supposed to get off. And whether it's raining, sunny or dark they refuse. I fail to understand why, because it's not like I'm on the bus on credit. Worst part without us commuters they wouldn't even have had this job to drive buses but they fail to comply with just a simple request. Yes, this is totally annoying.

Bad Driver Service

This morning, bus FP72NS. GP Bus number 3027 pushed off the road and hit my side mirror. Instead of apologizing, that man shouted at me for being in his way. I feel sorry for people who travel with drivers who don't care about people's lives and risk with our lives like that. The number on the web page does not work, but we are asked to report bad driving. This company is a **** 😒 I want my car fixed....

BAD DRIVING
The bus driver of 1009 on on 28 October 2022 at around 18:45 endangered my life by changing into my lane without indicating. I had to change lanes to oncoming traffic to save my life. I am very disappointed to say the least, and I always see umqibelo drivers bullying other road users on the Golden Highway. Please take your drivers to training on how to drive safely on the road without putting other people's lives at risk.

BAD DRIVING
