I have rated the Service of the buses 4 because not all drivers are unreliable and unfriendly. I'm happy with Mqibelo Transport it's just one bus/bus driver that I'm unhappy with. Bus number 3006, DRV 400345, ITM : 1198, Route 2104.. It gets at Faraday taxi rank at 16:40pm. I ride this bus every single day back home from work, and I fill my bus tag EVERY month meaning I am a Mqibelo Transport customer. I have asked the Driver/ Drivers of the bus a million times to please stop where I get off but they always refuse and/or the driver would just go pass the place and go straight to the stop sign where I have to walk back a long distant to where I was supposed to have gotten off. I know a lady who's my neighbor she takes Bara Bus, and the drivers ALWAYS lets her get off where I myself supposed to get off. And whether it's raining, sunny or dark they refuse. I fail to understand why, because it's not like I'm on the bus on credit. Worst part without us commuters they wouldn't even have had this job to drive buses but they fail to comply with just a simple request. Yes, this is totally annoying.
These people ****med me yesterday off R6000. They then sent me a voice note laughing and told me they have bought alcohol with my money. I still have all the chats and voice notes with this Desmond Ndlovu whose real name is Kolwane Moses Mangwane. I got his name because I had to beg the bank to tell me who owns the account that I had transferred the money to. Because they have every information about me and my address so this makes me and my family unsafe. Is there anyone who can deal with these people, please.. They are not even South Africans. When they call you they change their voices but when I heard their last voice note, it was a pure Zimbabwean. I am so angry I wish they get these hooligans out of our country because now our families are not safe they have personal information about us who had been ****med.

Today I went to Veeriniging Licence Department. My appointment was for 11:00am, myself and many of others got there 1hr before and we only received assistance round about past 13:00pm. They working system there is ****. We could see people who came late being assisted before us who got there on time and us who have been standing on the que for hours, just because they have friends inside the Department. We tried to speak to the Supervisor but instead one of the employees we saw started shouting at the Supervisor and pointing fingers at her, she couldn't do anything to assist the situation. There a lot of **** at Vereeniging Licence Department and a lot of employees who do not deserve to have that Job. I will never choose to go to that place ever again. Minister of Transport have to do something about it, for real.
My son Registered with these ****mers in the middle of May 2023. They gave us access only for 3 days of May. My son paid on the 25th May 2023 and they switched the Internet on but only for 3 days again, before end of May. When I call them they told me my son paid for May whereas it was only on for 3 days and that he was supposed to pay on the 1st of June and NOT before. I mean, what difference does it make? I asked to be refunded so we can apply somewhere else, they refused. These people are ****mers and they also have the worst customer service ever, they rob people off.
Very very very bad service. Someone close to my family just passed away at 21:00pm No one was attending to him at all. My sister got there with him seeking help this morning but no one was interested in helping even when my sister cried out for help seeing him choking from him puke. We are still here and now it is 22:05pm,17/01/2023.... PLEASE do something about this clinic or else a lot of people will die, or morever people have died.
Last month I was subscribed to Disney Plus without my authority. I called Multichoice and complained about it but instead they require me to pay for the subscription. Yes, they said they have removed it from my Compact Plus subscription but i still need to pay for Disney Plus for it was on although it never showed on my television and never watched it. Enf of November 2022 I make my payment for the Compact Plus as usual and they decide to cut me off. As I am typing this I have been disconnected because they say I now own R350 for the Disney Plus. I don't know if thats how they work scam customers because I always pay a little bit more than what I'm supposed to pay for my subscription which R549 for the Compact Plus. Can anyone help me to be refunded my money because I refuse to even more than whay O have to pay for and also refuse to pay for the subscription that I have never asked/subscribed for.
Good Day, All I'm going to say is that the CCMA SA works with the man called "Michael Smith", who scams people. I have been scammed R11, 000 in April 2021. My former employer "Jetline E. Com payed him that money instead of paying it into my bank account as they said I have agreed to an agreement that I do not even know off. When I reported the matter to the CCMA, they told me to go look for the guy because I'm the one who allowed this to happen. Whereas they accepted my documents from him and took my case.. My question is... Why do they keep accepting cases from this guy if they do not work with him and if they do not know him??? They failed to answer that question. It's now been four months since I was forced to resign at work due to being harassed by one of my former colleague whom he still got his job because he was NEVER disciplined nor suspended because the company did not take any interest in solving the matter as employers,maybe because I'm a female. Sad part I've worked for that company for 12 years.
I requested a taxify on the 19-04-2021. They driver then canceled the trip due to network (that's what he said). I then had to make payment by sending him an eWallet whereas the amount was R470, but had to make 2 payments R400 and then R70 afterwards. But with the 2nd payment (R70) I made R150 instead of R70, by mistake. When I contact the driver he then told me he will send me back the extra amount I had paid, but he never did. When I call him again he the started to be rude and asked me to send him my account number for him to transfer the money into my account, but yet again, he did not till this day. He has even blocked me from whatsapp. I then decided to send the company an email and they asked for proofs of the eWallet, which I sent to them. They then asked for proof of the trip, I sent it to them. Last email the company sent to me, they told me I'm the one who canceled the trip and the trip never happened even though I sent them a screen shot of the where it says "The driver has arrived". So now I have been scammed not only by the driver but also by the Bolt Company itself. The drivers name is HLAHISANI and the registration number of the car is HB25KBGP Hyundai Accent.
Good Day, Mr Price Home Three Rivers Mall pays the employees less than R3500.00 monthly salary. My sister has been an employee for 6 years with no increase and no benefits whatsoever. May I please ask if there's anyone who can help me help her and her colleagues find justice. Is there a place where they can go and lay a complaint? Thank you.
