I first app**** for my license renewal on March 2024, on February 2025 I went there for the 7th time to do the very same exercise of taking finger prints and the photos. The male staff's dress code itself shows the arrogance and don't care attitude. The only thing I can do is to withhold my vote because the department itself doesn't care. Its minus 5 votes for the next elections.

The worst and useless centre. Even the one star is undeserving . Why do we have to make online bookings, when we’re to be told the line is cut. What’s the point of booking if the ‘system’ works with lines being cut. There’s no point of being allocate a slot mus, then they simply tell you to come back following day, like we have all the days to come que at the centre.. mxm.. If the system is not working they must just ditch it. Gov departments need to atleast do the basics they stand for, we’re not asking for them to go out of their way, just do the basic thing the dep stands for.. next thing you’ll be issued a ticket for driving with expired license whereas it’s their systems failing. Hai this is frustrating.

I spoke to Lerato advised her that I have 3 cars and 1 of the cars I couldn't pay online it refers me to the office so I need assistance she said I must ask online why I couldn't make payment there and ask online what documents to present to them when going to their office and she didn't assist she left me the take her things and go actually iwcw antto rate zero😡😡😡

Today I went to Veeriniging Licence Department. My appointment was for 11:00am, myself and many of others got there 1hr before and we only received assistance round about past 13:00pm. They working system there is ****. We could see people who came late being assisted before us who got there on time and us who have been standing on the que for hours, just because they have friends inside the Department. We tried to speak to the Supervisor but instead one of the employees we saw started shouting at the Supervisor and pointing fingers at her, she couldn't do anything to assist the situation. There a lot of **** at Vereeniging Licence Department and a lot of employees who do not deserve to have that Job. I will never choose to go to that place ever again. Minister of Transport have to do something about it, for real.

I went for my license renewal in October 2021. The Internet page says my card is printed and ready for collection, but the License Department is either on strike or the collection office closed for another 2 weeks. We are mid March and still no license in my posession.

I only rated it one to be able write my review. I was forced by the Natis system to go to vereening to renew my driver's license. I had to take a temporary license as well as mine was expiring soon. I never heard anything. They don't answer the phones from 08h00 till 16h00. That means nobody every phone number they have is not answered. I got a mail saying my license is ready for collection. Today my temporary license expires. They can't find it. I have lost half a day pay as I travel from Randburg. I sent away with sorry can't help. What do I do now. The number the staff gave me don't work. This place is disgusting they don't even deserve a **** drop

I only rated it one to be able write my review. I was forced by the Natis system to go to vereening to renew my driver's license. I had to take a temporary license as well as mine was expiring soon. I made a pdp booking and I got the date for the 27th of September with Vereeniging licence department , mind you my dpd expired on the 25th that means to days ago before the date. I went there. The lady that was assisting me asked me if I needed a temp and I said no,i then gave her the reasons, her reply was that I know too much. Today I went back for my fingerprints and also pay for the card. I knew I was suppose to pay R228 but insisted they demanded R300. And they said I must pay it cash coz their card machine is not working. I asked the cashier as to why should I pay R300 she said because there's a temp of R72. And mind you she was so rude. Now I've observed something, when I paid no capturing was done in the cash registry instead she just placed the money in the box. Now the receipt I got is written I paid R228. Now where is my R72, this simply means that the temp I got is not even captured. How do I deal with this corrupt region sis man nxa

Now I try to reach them(Okt 2019) with no luck. The place seems to be open but nobody but nobody answer any phone call. So how am I supposed to find out if the card is ready or not. This suck big time. It is as nobody cares any more and nobody wants to do the job they are appointed for. I am very unhappy with the situation.
