I'm very disappointed in Lewis Meyerton branch. Last year i bought a washing machi'e 25kg twin tub. It's been a month since i went to lay a complain that the dry spinning side is not working. It was on the elderly grant dayin May, i was promised that they will send the technicians tocome and assess the problem. I went there again 2 weeks back they promised to call, of which the did but unfortunately i was driving i couldn't take the call, however i did returnthe call and the lady said the caller will call me again. Until today. Is this fair? I just want to know? You know I'll take this machine ba"k to the shop and take the new one coz im struggling, my washing is taking for ever to dry up and it's winter now. Dont **** me off man please. Tommorrow send those damn people to come and fix or give me the new 1 nxa!
I made a pdp booking and I got the date for the 27th of September with Vereeniging licence department , mind you my dpd expired on the 25th that means to days ago before the date. I went there. The lady that was assisting me asked me if I needed a temp and I said no,i then gave her the reasons, her reply was that I know too much. Today I went back for my fingerprints and also pay for the card. I knew I was suppose to pay R228 but insisted they demanded R300. And they said I must pay it cash coz their card machine is not working. I asked the cashier as to why should I pay R300 she said because there's a temp of R72. And mind you she was so rude. Now I've observed something, when I paid no capturing was done in the cash registry instead she just placed the money in the box. Now the receipt I got is written I paid R228. Now where is my R72, this simply means that the temp I got is not even captured. How do I deal with this corrupt region sis man nxa

I had some disputes with finchoice of which they were resolved, however I still see some account of their in my credit score and has got the balance of which I don't owe them. Today I asked them to please assist in checking the mobimoney account that I have even if it's a zero balance, I still need those paid up letters. The only thing that they do, is sending me automated messages and when I don't respond they close the conversation. People no matter how desparate you are, stay away from finchoice that's the most rediculous financial institution. And after seeing this review, they will call and try to help as if they do care. Your company is useless, they got the most bad service ever. I've been struggling to send fica documents. I askex for your assistance through the fb messenger and I was instructed to send an email. Til today I've got no response from that email. I don't know if you understand that done of us are not betting because we like or we addicted. It's our way of having income. Finchoice has a the most worst bad service on planet earth. Their consultants are very unprofessional and impatient, they give false information continuously. I have paid up the accounts 3 months back and when I ask for my paid up letters, they send me to their legal department of which it's ignorant and they dont reply to their emails, not taking calls. They suck these basterds!
