I went to OK Funture Carletonville yesterday 6th Nov and try to buy an item. My bank card was declined twice. But the amount was deducted from my account. The message was: await card authorization. R999 was deducted from my account. I called this number: 0860123000 at 10:42. I held the line for 20 minutes and was then given an option to be called back. Nothing happened so I phoned again at 13:54. I held the line for 30 minutes. Again I was given the opportunity to be called back. Nothing happened. I am really very disappointed with this treatment. I have a problem with Deal-Hub. I have order and pay my order on8 August 2023. Order number DH29071.They promise that my order will take 7 to 15 business days to be delivered. It is now already 2 October and still nothing. They do not react on any emails. They are dead silent. They can only be reached at this address: support @deal-hub.co.za. I will never ever order anything from them in future.
I have sold my Polo(DP71KYGP). I Just want to cancel my subscription with them and they said there is a 30 dat waiting period. So now I do not have the car but still have to pay my subscription. I think this is a little unfair. Why do I have to pay for something that I do not have anymore??? This is only another way of making money. More or less 2 years ago I trated vechile BD77HHGP. I contact netstar and they advised me to start a new contact. I thought with thst they will cancel the old one. In fact I asked them ifvthey can transplant the existing device from the old vechile to the new one and the answer was that I start new contract. Then I reveived a sms telling me that the battery of DB77HHGP was removed and with this I discovered that I am still paying for DB77HHGP. I send them an email requesting them to cancel the that contract but still at the end of this month they still deduct the amount. It seems to me that they are dragging their feet just to milk a few bucks from me. I as a consumer think i have the right to cancel any contract that is no longer mine. Thank you. On 26 of March I made a deal with Symone Reddy. I was suppose to purchase 2 dstv explora tv's as well as lifecover(with they add as a bonus). I thought about the deal and the very next day I cancel it in writing. Annelyn David responded to my email and informed me that everything was cancelled. I replied that I was satisfied with the outcome. I never heard about it untill today 20 April 2020. They delivered one of the decoders. How can I trudt tjem if they go back on an agreement. Now I am stuck with tje decoder and as you now we are in lock down. I am very very disappointed in the way I was treated. I will never ever do business with them again.
I was at this place to renew my driver license that happend April 2019. I waited for months on end and find out in Sept 2019 that I must redo my photo and vinger prints. Now I try to reach them(Okt 2019) with no luck. The place seems to be open but nobody but nobody answer any phone call. So how am I supposed to find out if the card is ready or not. This suck big time. It is as nobody cares any more and nobody wants to do the job they are appointed for. I am very unhappy with the situation.
