My 13 year old daughter had a school concert 3weeks back at her school in Parktown we normally take the 19h00 bus at Bree to commute back home but,on that day we arrived there a few minutes late and it had unfortunately left that's when our struggle began... We went on to wait for the 20h00 bus at Westgate and when it came we proceeded to board the bus where the driver by the name of Chauke told us he doesn't take R100 notes at night we passengers bring him **** money,he said we should stepped out of the bus at 20h15 at night with a 13 year old girl and also a woman if I had any other money I would have obviously used it now MGQIBELO need to let us know if this a new policy for cash and endangering our lives with this rude Driver
Disgusting by lady driver Bridget,how she continue to work here with obviously so many complaints about her is appalling,yesterday I boarded a bus from Ghandi to Centurion and I was paying cash and as soon as I got in I greeted her and obviously she kept quiet (Rude much) ready to hand over the cash to her and she just looked at me annoyed like I was crazy and proceeded to speak to a passenger behind me telling him to tag so she can go and failed to acknowledge me as a passenger,now my question is if cash is such an issue for Metrobus why do they continue to make it as a means of payment? or do those busses belong to this so called Bridget so we know next time not to upset the boss with cash I need feedback regarding this as I will be taking this further,she has no people's skills whatsoever and she works with people,we did not market this job for her and if she doesn't want to work she should resign.
My husband and I went past Fair Price Evaton plaza this weekend and the service from the sales lady was appalling to say the least we were looking a French door fridge and we asked the lady how the reviews according to past customers was.. Yoh she said a mouthful about,she only use LG which by the way is not even sold at the store and bad mouthed the other brands sold at the store as well,I was standing there shocked as to why would a store employee give such feedback regarding the items sold at the store she talked us into not buying anything actually at the store and we ended up going for a fridge at OK Furnitures
I'm so disappointed in your service after I sent your online customer service numerous emails regarding my number change and your agent Mishka and Conrad assured me that this was done which obviously was not I paid for the same day service and still did not receive my order and my number still not updated because I got an email saying the COURIERS couldn't reach me.please fix this because I need my order delivered and my refund for the same day delivery as this service was not rendered
The driver for Lakeside 1012 constantly leaves before time at 18h00 while the bus is supposed to leave at 18h15 and also the driver for Hilbrow Mr Nkosi does special door delivery for some commuters leaving the normal route and everyday
I would like to thank Conway from Superbalist for such a great service I received today I got my order and I'm very happy keep up the great work
I would like to extend my gratitude to mam Sarah Moloi Store Admin / Finance Manager Southgate for her excellent customer experience she really is a God sent,I'm grateful to her and her team at Southgate Mall
