I made a claim on the 18th December 2024 for uncle who passed on 2 weeks after my aunt which both deceased were on the same SADTU value added policy. I had a bad service worse calling every day to check the status of the policy. Even if you have the app but the service is smelling am telling you. I started with some lady whom assisted on Saturday 21st December didn't even tell me I used the wrong form, Monday I called spoke to Baleseng Tshabalala, and worse service than the previous one I had. Thabisile from claims department also. To honest I won't advise anyone to join the scheme after the hustle and struggle I experienced when I had to do the claims.
