Extremely poor service from MHC.
I reported faults with both my microwave and oven, and it has now been over 6 weeks with no assistance and no resolution. To make matters worse, the microwave has since developed an additional error, making the situation even more frustrating and unacceptable.
The lack of response and support from MHC is deeply disappointing. No customer should be left without essential appliances for this long. At this point, I would appreciate either a replacement unit or a full refund.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend MHC.
