I am extremely disappointed with MHC World’s service. I ordered and paid for a bed where the total cost clearly included delivery. After payment was made, I was contacted and informed that the delivery cost had “changed” and that the system did not calculate the delivery correctly.
This is unacceptable. Customers should not be penalised for internal system errors after a transaction has already been completed and paid for. If delivery charges vary by location, the system should reflect this accurately before payment is taken — not after.
Changing terms post-purchase is misleading and unfair to customers. I should not be expected to pay extra because of a system failure on MHC World’s side. Clear communication and transparent pricing are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short.
To make it worse, the workers there treat the matter as if its normal
